car mods, low visibility/draw distance

I have so many car mods its making my streets & houses disappear, only cars seen and sometimes it comes back, for a little while!

 

Any fix? and I don't want to remove any cars, any way to fix this? :)

Do you using "stream memory fix"? If not, then use it... :D (just google "gta sa stream memory fix", you'll find it)
