Al drivers in a custom map.....

I am trying to make a ped drive to a certain point in a expanded map :)
They just go in one direction and hit the fence and do not go in the direction of vector 3

Help would be appreciated :)

navmesh or something like that, pathfinding is very hard, I don't know how to implement one in GTA IV but look for an algorithm such as A* (A star).

For a simpler way you could use TaskSequence to tell the driver where to drive.

Rugz007... u dont script the paths u need to edit the nodes in the paths image file. I dont know how to do it myself but I know this is the file containing the data that allows peds to find their way when u task them to go somewhere.

 

If u see mods like the WTC then u see he was able to edit the nodes in the path file so cars do not drive into the building. So it is possible. I assume u need to use OpenIV or some way to open and edit the data inside the image file.
