Do the 9 parts of Shine on You Crazy Diamond count as 1 song? If not probably Echoes, by Pink Floyd. At least, that's which I remember.

Coma, Estranged and November Rain by Guns N Roses, 6 Degrees Of Inner Turbulence, Octavarium and In The Presence of Enemies by Dream Theater (Most Dream Theater songs are pretty damn long), Ghost of Perdition by Opeth, Frankie Teardrop by Suicide, And Justice For All by Metallica, Jesus of Suburbia by Green Day, Fools Gold by The Stone Roses, X-Japan's Art of Life. Most of those are around 9 minutes or longer. 6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence is a whopping 42 minutes.

I wouldn't really say that a looped video of Eminem's Rap God really counts as a song itself, it's just the song playing over and over again. not actually Eminem rapping for 10 hours straight.

Probably Opeth's Black Rose Immortal clocking in at twenty minutes and fifteen seconds. Can't really think of anything else off-hand.

Pretty much anything by Pink Floyd or Yes. I guess you can count "Alice's Restaurant" up there somewhere.

Nice one! To be honest when I got the notification you liked my post, I was guessing it was for the Led Zeppelin post and not Autobahn. :p

Dragonforce - Through The Fire and Flames
John 5 - Black Widow of La Porte

The Slip - Even Rats
Black Sabbath - End of the Beginning
Black Sabbath - God Is Dead?
Dream Theater - Panic Attack

Those are a few I can think of at the moment that I've heard.

This is technically an album, but the whole thing is basically one song. The best space ambient music I know.

Shades Of Orion 2 by Shades Of Orion (Pete Namlook and Tetsu Inoue).

Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Iron Maiden, at 13:39.

That song is the longest on my iPod right now, and one of my favorites. :p

Porcupine Tree - The Incident - 55:19 or
Anesthetize - 17:41
Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence Suite - about 44 minutes or
Octavarium - 24:00 or
A Change of Seasons - 23:08 or
Illumination Theory - 22:17
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick - about 43 minutes
Shadow Gallery - First Light - 34:18
Seventh Wonder - The Great Escape - 30:21
Symphony X - The Odyssey - 24:14 or
The Divine Wings of Tragedy - 20:43
Steven Wilson - Raider II - 23:20
Haken - Visions - 22:25 or
Celestial Elixir - 16:56
Rush - 2112 - 20:33 or
The Fountain of Lamneth - 19:57 or
Cygnus X-1 Book II: Hemispheres - 18:07
Flaming Row - In Appearance - A Portrayal of Figures pt. 2 - 18:44 or
Mirage - A Portrayal of Figures Pt. 1 - 16:14 or
A Place to Revive Your Soul - 13:28
Yes - Close to the Edge - 18:42
Between the Buried and Me - Swim to the Moon - 17:53 or
Silent Flight Parliament - 15:09
White Walls - 14:13 or
Ants of the Sky - 13:10
Andromeda - Veil of Illumination - 17:20
Pink Floyd - Shine on You Crazy Diamond 26:05 or
Echoes - 23:28 or
Dogs - 17:04
Circle of Illusion - Nightmare - 16:17
Headspace - Daddy F***ing Loves You - 15:00
Amaran's Plight - Shattered Dreams - 13:24
Ayreon - The Sixth Extinction - 12:18 (ironically, my favorite)
Pretty much all of these are single tracks or suites from larger concept albums intended to be enjoyed as a whole. Ayreon in particular has lengthy, complicated, intertwined concepts which are often over an hour long. If you like sci-if, fantasy, psychology, or intelligent and diverse music with a focus on rock/metal with an opera twist, check out any of these bands because they're all awesome, especially Haken, Ayreon, Flaming Row, and Steven Wilson (special mentions:UneXpect and Omb). Also, many members of these bands collaborate, so expect to hear some familiar voices/melodies throughout; the newest Steven Wilson album has master Guthrie Gowan all over it, Flaming Row has worked with members of Ayreon, Haken, Shadow Gallery, and several others, and a wiki search shows Ayreon has included pretty much everyone besides Lars Ulrich and Slash (fine with me).

Probably 2112 by Rush, an absolute eargasm of a song.

Older live versions of Seek as Destroy by Metallica are pretty long too, usually around 20 minutes if I recall correctly.

Some people call Tool's album Lateralus one entire song because of it's themes. I personally wouldn't really call it a song because as many segues there are, there are many songs on it that don't link in any way to the next.
