Isn't it weird? when R* gave us new properties in Paleto Bay, I thought that twankers, assholes and red dots in general were going to move out to any of these properties, but I guess I'm wrong.. lately I've been playng and I didn't even came across two players while in Paleto Bay.
Good thing they haven't found this gold mine. LSC, Clothes, Tatoos, Hair, Ammu Nation, all in a 3 blocks ratio.
Maybe it's because of the lack of hookers on this side of the map..
If I'm lonely enough that I even get on this game in the first place, the last thing I want to do is go to the side of the map opposite where everyone else is.
Regarding property location, my priorities are:
1. Proximity to LSC
2. Proximity to my other property
3. Proximity to activity
4. Aesthetics of the property/surrounding area
5. A 10-car garage (mandatory)
That's why I live in Tinsel Towers and Eclipse Towers. They're right next to each other, they look good, they're at an activity hotspot in the map, and they're in a nice-looking area of town. I rarely ever go into the apartments themselves, but I'm in the garages often because I drive all of my cars and I like to swap cars on a regular basis. I'm not a griefer, and I hate getting randomly killed by idiots in chrome Adders, but I do enjoy knowing people are at least nearby.
I personally hope some of the mansions near Michael's house get made available - some of those houses are awesome, and they'd probably have 10-car garages if they were made available for purchase. I also hope R* adds the ability to own a third property, or garages larger than 10 slots for large mansions.
