The only way to fix this is by using a backup save before you modified it, or restore the original data that you edited.

.......And this is why I don't use Mods, CheatDevice, Cheat Codes, or anything of the sort....Things can go wrong at any moment....And it's also why I always make backups on a USB Drive from my PS3 everytime I obtain a vehicle or progress a bit into the story, or if I finish a hard task in the game like a mission, or a side mission(s), etc...

I wish I could help, but I don't understand what you mean.  It's not your English, I simply don't know anything modding, that is the problem, etc...

I doubt it's fixable. I tried to compare param.sfo from both different saves and I do not understand what could be wrong - both seem correct more or less.

Could you post exactly which part of the param.sfo you modified?

Next time, remember to make backup of the save before editing it - or don't edit saves at all.

Yeah, backing up saves are key, especially if you're gonna mess around with modding it...

Are you comparing your save with another save that is saved after "Rough Justice" mission? All saves look different if saved after different mission.
