Plain and simple, what features have you wanted R* star to put into a GTA game but haven't.

My List

-More gore and realistic body damage.

-Weather that affects the game.

-Better stealth mechanics(Splinter Cell, Hitman, Watch Dogs)

-More in depth customization for cars, guns, players.

-More side or random missions that keep you from continuing the story.

-Realistic police response haha

-More enterable buildings that are important or have some use to the player.

-More action( I hate that after a GTA game is beat all you have to do is drive around, shoot a cop here and there, I want gang shootouts, and fight competions, and Hitman missions).

-More randomness, have crimes that occur that are more violent than muggings, like mini-heists or shootouts, and let you be the hero or join them and help cause more chaos!

-More gang life, parties, racing, fighting, just random gang stuff.

-Deadlier gangs, like Russian mafia or Mexican cartel.

More Restaurants, Nightclubs, Bars, Banks, Clothes stores, Gas stations, Car Dealerships, Mall.

Realistic Police, that actually try to arrest you rather than kill you.

Jail, where you have to call a friend to pay bail.

Crime mini games, drug peddling, getaway driver, protection money collector, bank robber.

To stop crimes you see in the street and not have the police after you!

Cars have cockpit view (Farcry style), workable indicator, and need gas/petrol.

Protagonist has a birthday, friends celebrate it.

Can buy businesses, enter them, manage them, fire staff, sell businesses.

Learn boxing, muay tai or karate fighting style.

- AI Improvements have always been on my list since GTA SA. With GTA V, I feel the difference, however with glaring flaws. So, that still remains open on my wishlist
- More wide variety of activities
- Better economy system, not like the stocks in GTA V but something that allows players to engage in some activity filled with action or challenges. For instance, Asset-Property missions from Vice City.
- Challenging races spread across all types
- Dynamic interactions presented in the game world, incl. NPC's and the consequences of the same.
- Rockstar should also keep the mission structure free from any bullsh*t scripted events and make it truly one of open ended nature and no guidance or hints to approach set objectives or tasks.
- Randomization of things in the game, like collectibles. This is something that can add huge replay factor, if used more and done well.
- Remove the requirements system for 100% in the GTA V missions. Most of the requirements are simply nonsense IMO! and a poor substitute for pushing the repeat value of the story missions.
Like for ex: In Merryweather Heist, kill 12 enemies with headshots. But, what's the point? Rather, introduce better multiple approaches, and variety of ways to complete the missions.
- Bring back the combat variety as seen in the game, The Warriors.

I've mentioned having past protagonists as DLC before, so that's at the top of my list. Being able to play as Tommy with Ray Liotta's dialogue from Vice City (in free roam) would be pretty awesome.

More cheats. This is unimportant to many players, but part of the joy of the original 3D GTA games were the vast number of cheats.

Practical places and uses for each weapon. In IV, for instance, it was difficult to find places to snipe from and I don't recall using it in any missions.

Disguises. The masks and uniforms in V do little to actually aid you in any way.

Less severe police response, not necessarily more realistic.

More customization within safehouses. Give us things to spend our money on besides ammo, cars, and vending machine food.

I used the sniper in a good few missions. I even used it in the last one where you had to kill whoever it was at the abandoned casino. It's all about choice and whatnot.

-Hot wiring minigame

-Using the trunk in cars to store weapons, drugs, and maybe bodies.

-The return of burglary missions and being able to break in to houses and sell any valuables at pawn shops or steal the copper wire and sell it at a scrap yard.

-Pawn shops

-Kidnapping after taking Gracie in IV it would be nice to have it there as a side mission take someone and hold them for ransom at a warehouse on the other side of the city.

-If businesses return I would like to use them as fronts ex Mechanic for a chop shop, or a funeral parlor for drug smuggling etc.

-Drug Dealing the same system like CTW but with getting/betraying suppliers, getting dealers to push your product and so on.

- Be able to bribe the cops

-Better wanted system I want the cops to not arrest me over BS and to investigate crimes that you have committed eventually adding up all the pieces and knocking at your door. If you hit a cop car have them give you a ticket and if they " smell something" pop open the trunk. If you escape I want cops to put out an APB on you or a car something Similar to Mafia II. Also make you feel paranoid if your standing at a corner and see cops looking for you that would be hard to implement though.

Just more crime related things

Human/body shields

- Honor system like in Red Dead

- Social networking system between protagonist an characters (make it like the email responses in GTA IV)

- more options for weapon targets

permanent weapon target in vehicles (similar to the Buzzard or jet in GTA V)

- laser sights

- missions to be different depending on the time of day you do them

-NPCs doing crime instead of me such as bank robberies to petty crimes like setting a homeless man on fire
-NPCs actually heading somewhere like rockstar said they would they would actually have a life instead of walking around
-being able to roll down windows INSTEAD OF BASHING THEM
-more customization in cars weapons clothing
-more property houses garages even abandoned factories
-being able to sell a car
-being able to loose your phone depending on which ones you buy like high end ones have a tracker and low end ones don't
-more secret stuff like an island off the map you'd have to swim to after your vehicle turns off and have to fight a wave a sharks
-more intense weather or disasters like earthquakes tsunamis hurricanes tornados all depending where you at in the map
-being able to set a time when you wake up kinda like how they're doing in MGSV
-interiors
-restaurants or fast food places with drive thru
-police cars with bullet proof tires because Everytime I steal a cop car my tires get blown out
-more weapons
-don't use underwater anymore you could've used all that land for a bigger map c'mon Rockstar
-destructible environment not big but like walls getting blown off or floors collapsing in building

The hilarious thing is that this was pretty much everything promised in GTA V and they fell immensely short delivering it... especially your "more action" idea and stealth.

I think they should use the drug trade function from CTW in HD games. It was a bad game but that was the best experience when you buy some shiz for 5 dollars and sell for 1000 dollars. I would love the ability to cut someone's head off with a meat cleaver or a chainsaw like in VC. Ability to crush cars for good money prices like in III. I would also like the amount of Online properties and features available in SP.

I'd rate CTW DS above IV and EFLC, actually. The drug trade game was a nice addition, but it worked on the DS because of the touch screen. It also got Rockstar in trouble, so I doubt they'll revisit it.

Its an 18+ game so R* should be allowed drug trade features. The parents allow people to play GTA but rage at the game creators for doing that instead of stopping the children playing.

My top ones are most definitely:

-Tons more enterable buildings

-Being able to set up your own drug or illegal gun sales deals anywhere on the map and creating an almost whole nother game of doing deals. Would add hundreds of hours of replay value.

Proof Vehicles...You know, for all the proof vehicle collectors out there.  They were there in III, VC, SA, LCS, and VCS....Where did they go?

I might as well stop playing any more new GTA games until they return :p

Ok, so my not ever before on the series features I would like are:

-fully working ecosystem: algae, seaweed, flowers, grass, shrubs, trees, herbivores, carnivores (fish, shellfish, jellyfish, birds, mammals, reptiles)

-grass grows, you have to get your lawn mowed somehow, animals shorten the grass by eating it

-beard and hair grows: you can choose to shave and cut them yourself, or go to a barber shop or you can let them grow

-You are what you do: the character evolves by what the character does. Everything has an effect on the character appearance, dialogue and movement

-the characters health, and attributes have an effect on how the character moves

-the npcs youve talked to remember key parts of the conversations they had with you and the tone of conversation

-the npcs remember the appearance you had when they saw you: the clothes you wore, the condition you were in, gestures and faces you made

-npc bad police officers that ask for a bribe, try to extort you, harass you with phony charges, etc.

-having strategic control of an organized crime syndicate (like mafia2), as opposed to doing everything yourself like Tommy or CJ

-vehicles run with fuel or electricity, and have to be refilled when the juice is low, otherwise the vehicles grind to a halt

take trips to different cities, sell drugs, you could mug people, break into people's houses, and you build a drug empire all that

As much as I like long hair, this seems problematic, seeing as how inconvenient it was to stop having fun in San Andreas just to get some food to keep your health up. I don't wanna look like a desert island castaway just because I like roaming around the woods.

Spoiler: I don't shave.

It could work if they did it like how V did growing hair, or however that's said to work. I don't want a bald guy looking like this after 3 days.
