Do you want to see them in game as an upgrade for your Dubstas and Mesas and all other big off-road cars?

what the f*ck is a snorkel?

Its a seperate air intake for the cars engine. The big tube that runs up the side of the cars wind shield. It allows the cars engine to submerge under the water and still able to run. Providing the electronics are watertight. Cars can travel throught deeper water essentially.

YES.
At least off-roaders would stand out at something.

Abso f*cking lutely!! Was genuinely only thinking about the same thing yesterday, it is very dissapointing when the engine dies without covering the snorkel top

As far as I experienced, snorkel intakes on the Offroads Mesa work.

I believe they are already available for Dubstas. Not sure about other SUV's.

There's also one on the Duneloader by default(?), but they don't necessarily work unfortunately.

I'd like to see them function (without upgrade) they way they are on the car for the Merryweather mesa! That truck should be the most hardcore off-road'er out there given it's features!

I can't say to be sure i do not own any dubstas, the Mesa's does not work. I have been testing to make sure over the last 20 minutes. From what i've seen none of them work. Sometimes you get the illusion of them working because you normally travel at speed though the water so you're in and out before the engine has a chance to cut out.

Proof of a snorkel working is if the hood/bonnet of the car is completely submerged and you can travel slowly though the water without the cars engine cutting out.

My Mesa dead in the water in the estuary just outside the military base.

I've forded rivers with cars like that, especially in the wetlands. Maybe snorkels are just for show?

The one on the Dubsta is nothing more than visual, which is a huge shame!
I'd love one that worked!
Would also love a winch too :D
