Ok just so all you guy know, all these jobs are bookmarked and will still be getting reviewed. Still a total basturt getting anybody to join anything other than spawn-killing crap in silly places, so most of these that require more than 4 players to properly test will need to be included in Playlists... that I won't be hosting... Hint hint AJ and other f*ckers!

Free Aim Friday tonight if you want to do some of them maps at around midnight, I'm sure we'll have a nice group to do them in free aim, those Rezylo ones are designed for free aim too. :^:

I'll assume I'm one of the other f*ckers. As you know mate, KAPE pretty much only play on a Wednesday night now just for sh*ts and giggles as everyone else is playing something else these days. You're invited every week and if I know you're going to be joining then I'll add a couple of jobs you need to review. I'll maybe try and record a job and PM the footage to you again so you can see and review it even if you can't play.

DM 2-4 Players, Combat Pistol/Sawn-off Shotgun/Uzi

This one works better in free-aim, because it makes drive-bys with all the available vehicles easier.

Defo made for Freeaim, best little simple job I've played in awhile, great weapon choice and perrfect vehicle placement to compliment the drive-by kills which I'm more than glad to see as I often go for Drive-bys in freemode only to be spammed with PiNK RPGs then have my sexuality brought into question for "hiding in my car"... this game sometimes! LOL 5/5

Well made darkly-lit TDM action oo this one, props are used in a way to make weaving in and out the main key to winning here. Great weapon choice for this type of job and can't fault the spawns thou I only played this with four players and a map like this would be better suited to well more although it was still well-paced and a good play with just a few. 4.6/5

All the maps made at this location always tend to be decent... at least when people post em here, this ones very good, the prop placement can seem a little cumbersome at times but all are useful in this one and make for great walkways and the likes, the weapon choice was on the weaker side and looked great on the set. Spawns were mostly fine due to the amount of decent spots in a place like this 4/5

Forced + Pickups (Recommended for a better experience)

Best keep this to just four players max as its very fast and hectic just the way it is, yet again great prop placement here to create a stunning and unique little arena of death that many try to acheive but yet fall flat on there face in the process. Like the guns and weapon choice and really liked the cylinder walkway as I thought it added a nice touch. 4.3/5

Honestly if it was in 3rd person the sense of scale would be off. I tried playing it without 1st person but the map felt too calm and too short.

Also, what do you mean by "everyone one was in it so it was hardly unfair"?

Wish I could've joined you guys btw ^^

About the props, yes half of them are placed only to be useful rather than aesthetic (also to close off the area so you can't wander off the map, and to hide a bit what's behind them), so I understand it can seem messy at some places (wish I could place more to arrange that, but I did what I could ^^).
But at the end you can basically walk all around the map on the roofs, all areas communicate with each other, which was my goal here.

And the vehicles aren't really meant to be used lol

Any advice on how to improve it, overall ?

(I was hesitant about changing some weapons, like vintage pistol to heavy pistol (not Deagle, the other one), compact rifle to the G36, and double barrel shotgun for the normal shotgun.)

Use the Combat Pistol as it has more ammo in the clip and more stopping power than the Vintage Pistol


Also, what do you mean by "everyone one was in it so it was hardly unfair"?

Good little LTS, funny fact is I actually stopped by this place 1 day before I played this map and I said to my mate that this location would be perfect for a small DM, works good as a short and sweet LTS, thou it defo feels a bit too short. Maybe also delete a few props as sometimes it felt a little hard to move around. Not much you can do to make it last any longer unless you were to place the start points a little further back to allow players more time to gather their thoughts. Weapons were perfect for range so good job! 4/5

The top of this page has all the jobs still needing done, I've been deleting them as I go, so everyone thats still up there at the top has got to be done. Zorvaines are probs better left till played in freeaim. What time you playing at I'll try get on and be wearing my Kape... Crew tag!

Not got enough time to review all these jobs separately as I seldom visit these forums any more. NOT to say all these jobs are the same cause they ain't. The only thing they have in common is guns and location. Prop usage is key to making these maps unique. These are Freeaim DMs at there best. Great location, great weapon placement trick used here to make them all into bundles that's a great time-saver! 5/5

Let's collect a valuable article before the Middle Ages while avoiding the surprise attack from the all directions by the salvage work at the Sandy shores.

This is the third time I've reviewed this job. Decent location makes this map seem bigger than it actually is, you've changed up the weapons and took the heavier stuff out cept the grenades. Nice job that makes use of the less used weapons. Keep it up 4/5

Really enjoyed the layout of this one, favourite bit was the prop-made hill that you couldn't see over from either side. Played great on freeaim and though the prop and weapon placement was some of your best work. Defo gonna play again soon. 5/5

So you guys and dolls know that I rarely play this game these days and that's not cause I've got bored of playing deathmatches but more so that the community has became bored of playing anything that ain't the newest fad(stunt races) and would way to often find myself on the host screen for a surreal amount of time, only to get 3 players... some of whom are silly enough to kill themselves in TDMs and wear helmets and just be general idiots. Still gonna roll with the crew and hopefully always have a few of these for the crews Freeaim-Friday events... but unfortunately most these jobs MUST be played in autoaim as the weapons dictate that. I seldom play autoaim these days... so for that and the reasons I stated above....

 

Anyone who can get a full enough lobby to test these jobs on whichever aim settings has my blessing to do a review on a users job and post it on this thread... If the this Idea takes off I'll get the threads name changed to "We will Test/Rate yer DM"

 

The only rules for this to be done right is ....

 

1. Don't review your own job... obviously

2. Don't be bias (Just cause you don't like a certain weapon, area etc)

3. Don't be petty ("I made a map like this and mines better" etc)

4. Keep the 5/5 rating system (To help keep it simple and also please place the rating at the very end of the review for continuity reasons)

 

Feel free to share a recording of the job being played if your on PS4 so long as you place the videos within a spoiler as if you do not it significantly increases page loading times, especially on phones.
