@xGTAxVx: Please don't tell bullsh*t, the people will believe it. Or did you only want to advertise your skins? My ENB is not buggy, the square with no blur is intention by me.
Unfortunately, ENBSeries 0.076 and prior ignore chat and HUD rendering so if the objects behind them are far, a DOF shader (which blurs far objects) - blurs the HUD/Chat, too. I have no other choice to exclude certain areas of the screen where the chat is from blurring OR use no blurring at all. People can choose, no DOF or DOF with a few lines of code added that saves the chat box area from blurring. If you want your whole screen blurred, use singleplayer config and disable water in the enbseries.ini (EnableWater=0 in EFFECTS section), there is no other difference between the SAMP and Singleplayer configs, just the DOF modification and water which doesn't work on SAMP.
This problem, however, doesn't exist anymore since the new ENBSeries v.0.248 recognizes chat and HUD as such and exclude them from all processing so the user can use DOF etc and still read the chat and have a sharp HUD. As you can see, I'm still working on it:
