Let's get this Started:
1. Open the Military Base
There is no real sense to keep the military base locked up and we should be free to drive onto it if we want. Sure this might be too "Unrealistic" but this is a Video Game and GTA to boot so why not make it easy for us to get 4 stars if we want. This also opens up for #2 on my list.
2. Remove the Rhino Tank from Pegasus
I'm not saying from the game completely but it is far to easy to get a tank in game and frankly is rather game breaking. A compromise would be to have the Military Base open so those that want a Tank and do so but would have to essentially deal with the consequences. Those being the time to get out there and back plus cops and what not. That being said those of us who have bought a tank, and a vast majority have for various reasons probably the anti tank variety, should be remimbursed for it.
3. Customization of Pegasus Vehicles
Not sure how and where but we should be able to customize the vehicles we have purchased. If anything allow us to change the paint scheme
4. Selling of Pegasus Vehicles
Doesn't really need an explanation but to those of you who do need one some of us regret some of the purchases we have made and would frankly like to recoup our loses.
5.Armory in the Apartment
A while back someone suggested of having a limited weapons inventory preventing players from carrying more than 4 - 6 weapons at a time. I really do like this idea of limiting a persons arsenal to around 4 or 5 weapons, including thrown, and excluding a knife or other melee weapon. This player suggested that an armory be attached to the wardrobe allowing players to swap what weapons they want to carry. Personally I would carry atleast an AP pisto, a Special Carbine, and a RPG or an Anti Tank weapon whould they ever come out with one and some grenades.
6. Vehicle Customization - Mine
The current system is a little to copy and paste and makes our vehicles rather impresonal since they are all alike minus paint, rims, etc... I've mentioned this before about having bonuses and penalties for certain upgrades. And the List goes like this:
A. Engine - Remains purely a acceleration bonus
B. Transmission - Is now a Speed bonus with an Acceleration Penalty. Ex. Lvl 4 Transmission upgrade negates lvl 4 Engine upgrade bringing the cars acceleration back down to base.
C. Brakes - Need a serious buff
D. Turbocharger - A Moderate Speed Bonus with a minor Traction bonus
E. Supercharger - A Major Acceleration Bonus with a minr Tracion penalty. Added bonus of performing wheelies in muscle cars equipped with wheelie bars. Wheelies can be performed in freemode from a standing burnout start performed in a certain way. In a race the car performs a wheelie during a turbo start.
F. Armor - Needs a penalty. For every level of armor added a penalty of 50% of the armor value will be deducted from speed and acceleration. Ex. 100% armor 50% reduction in speed and acceleration. 50% armor 25% penalty etc...
These bonuses would make the cars more personal to the players and create a wider variety of vehicles to be seen in races and freemode.
7. Actual Unique Garages
I know why R* did what they did to the garages but in all honesty the garages should be completely unique to each apartment instead of this cookie cutter BS. Maybe I want a 10 car garage that looks like a warehouse if I own a garage in a warehouse. Or maybe I want a garage that looks like a working mans garage instead of a showroom garage. Variety would be nice. Hell let us choose from a preset collection of garages to store and display our vehicles, please more than 5 choices.
8. More activities, revamp old activites for groups
I would like to go to the gunrange with a group of friends and compete as a group. I would also like to go bowling, fishing, hunting, street luge, paintball, play cards at my house/apartment, billards, a driving range, outdoor shooting range/skeet range, go carts, bumper boats, surfing would be nice but I have a feeling that would not work. More activities especially group activites to keep this game fresh and alive and wanting me to come back.
9. More aircraft
Personally I would like to see the non Armed Buzzard replace the Attack Buzzard but I would be happy with both. I would also like to see a Blackhawk without the guns so I can have a 6 person helicopter that is decently fast. That being said I would like to see a Lynx or equivilant helicopter, http://en.wikipedia....i/Westland_Lynx, be put in the game so we can have a really fast personel transport.
While we are at it add some WW2 and maybe WW1 combat planes so we can dogfight one another without insta-kill explosive rounds.
10. More Regular non super cars
I would love to see the Tampa and Dukes make a return to this game as well as a ownable and customizable Gang Burrito. I also would like to own police cars, bikes, SUVs, or atleast a civilian version of the city police cruiser.
11. Extra Diversions
Allow players to play as cops and fight along side COP NPCs. Of course with certain restricions so as to not allow abuse of system. When another player attains a 3star wanted level or more the Police player can jump in or something similar. Otherwise COP player is treated as any other player if said player breaks the law.
Allow players to tow other players vehicles back to the impound lot to make some bank. Gives owners a chance to recover their vehicle enroute. Tow driver is responsible for destruction of a players vehicle being towed but only if the driver destroys the vehicle.
If no players wants to tow have a NPC tow the car back to the impound.
12. Loan Shark - Mine
Allows players who like to blow up players cars without any moeny to be indebted to a loan shark. While in the Red the player cannot purchase anything, pay utilities/mechanic, and cannot pay for his or her insurance premium(but can pay for other players premiums). So in short the only thing a player can pay for is for health car and other players insurance premiums.
If the player does not pay the Loan Shark back, aka going positive, the loan shark sends a Mugger type NPC to kill the broke player. Like the Mugger the Killer NPC will not show up on the mini map and will come at random. The longer the player goes without going positive the more frequent and severe the killings become. To the point where the Killer NPC plants car bombs on cars the player is driving should he or she get out or blows them up with an rpg.
However, the Killer NPC does not kill the player during a mission allowing the player a break to make money.
