Too blurry after ENB

Hi. So recently reinstalled the game and saw some awesome mods and the first thing I wanted to try was this nice look for the game.

Anyway, downloaded the ENB mod, everything works fine but only that is too blurry. 

Here's a couple of examples, not too far out and I get this effect, and when driving everything around gets blurry.

I've searched for anything like this but the only solution I've read is about configuring some line in the timecyc but I don't have that line,

Press P while in GAME. It does wonders.

At night it disappears but it gets... grainy? (sorry not good at English)

Lower the blur or disable it completely in the ENB settings.

Hmmm. interesting, because if you press P it disables the motion blur, the overall blur to be exactly.
