They should implement a more complex car experience. Maybe add an option to use the clutch, and add more in-depth engine customizations. This would open actual skillful racing. People can still use automatic if they like, but they'd be at a complete dis-advantage. 

 

Unless you're new to the clutch. But yea, this would open up loads of new racing techniques. Especially drag racing. 

 

Anyways, here's my fathers 67' Camaro... he drag raced for sometime. Anyone else here race and/or have a relative that does? I have more of the Camaro if anyone wants to see..

Yeah, they should have a drag race mode with manual shifts.  I know that's pretty unrealistic, but it would be really fun.

I just want drag racing. Don't care about standard or automatic.

My relative used to race a 67 Mercury Cougar
