gta 4 multiplayer mod

Im a new coder just now learning basic c++ i just want to know how gta 4's network "works" i want to start on a multiplayer supported mod that acts like lcpdfr but is not limited to client side callouts (i apologize in advance for not having the question tag i couldn't figure it out)

Doesn't LCPD:FR work in MP?

yeah but its very unstable and not realy meant for multiplayer i want to code a server side mod that would give the players callouts

There isn't much you can do server side on GTA IV, that I know of. I don't know what is buggy either. I also don't know what you mean by giving players callouts.

ok the point is i want to create a mod that creates random events and sends a random person to respond to it

I heard LMS(lcpdfr dev) was making multiplayer callouts. So probably he will implement that future into his API later on so people can make their own callout events online.

ok last thing can i access the file(s) that makes gta 4 capable of multiplayer if so how can i open them

C++ Scripthook age had gone to an end like the ice age. We Now use Scripthook.Net(c# & vb)

 

most of scripthook.net network natives don't work & c++ scripthook doesn't have blocked natives I think.

You are correct. This is why evil mods are coded in C++.

Wooow... You're kidding me, right?!?

ScriptHook.dll , ScriptHookDotNet.asi , AdvancedHook.dll , dsound.dll ... this we're using every day -> everything coded in C++! And C++ scripthook isn't dead - it's waiting for GTA V!

Ice age...? LOL :D
