I need help, my brother in the other room is using netcut so he probably gets all the connection to himself, although we already changed the internet provider so it's way faster now, he still cuts me off and uses it all to himself, what a bastard.

Is there any simple programs that can prevent netcut?

Which one? And I think netcut itself can detect if someone's using a netcut defender and bypass it.

Go into your router/modem settings.

Find your brother's computer list there and blacklist the MAC address or in some other way to cut him off from there.

Then change the router/modem's password so he can revert it.
