Excuse my off-topicness, but I have to ask...
Are... You really Zee?

Yes. He's the original whisky drinking trailblazer.

Somehow I doubt that, but if it's really true... OMG, Zee, I've missed you SO much and I love you!!

And no, I wouldn't buy a next-gen version of IV. Don't have a next-gen console and don't plan on getting one.

GTA IV would be ruined in my opinion. I don't want Rockstar to go all George Lucas over it. Thoughts?

Cheers.

I literally have no reason to buy IV for PS4 or Xbox One because I own it for PC. A next-gen edition wouldn't be such a bad idea though, as long as they only enhance the visuals a little while keeping the art direction and atmosphere of the original game. Giving it a California feeling or something like that would just ruin it in my opinion.

Even with improvements, no. The replay value for IV is pretty low.

They could remake GTA IV with better graphics, less blurry and higher quality 3D models, better vegetation and more traffic, but I don't think it's really necessary. Although, if they add some features like a larger map (A bit of countryside), more missions, more radio stations. more safehouses, and maybe buyable safehouses and vehicles, then there's a point in doing this. If it's just for the graphics, they should just add the map to GTA Online.

And also, there could be some problems with music copyright and voice actors, so I don't think it could ever happen. It would be nice though! (Voted yes)
