How can I fix lag on GTA SA

Oh ok ty and yes its at 25fps here I'm using razer game booster for some games so it shows me the fps :p

Actually GTA SA is capped at 30 FPS but in-game its 25 FPS always.

Many Laptops just don't have the video graphics Dedicated Memory to run the game:
Just so you know:
San Andreas Video Graphics PC Specs:
Recommended: 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better)
It can get by with the Minimum:
64MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce3" or better)

The game only needs 384 or more mb of RAM.

Get rid of the Mods.

Hmm no I wont and i solved my lag problem with memory2024 and lower settings, lock it .
