I think Rusty Brown's Ring Donuts does not works with Enterable Hidden Interior by ArtginPL, As I have checking the both mods, Once you're inside the rusty brown, You cannot get out from the interior

 

EDIT : I have managed to edit handling.cfg by adding double wheels on all of the trucks and bus including ambulance, firetruck and enforcer, Here is the link

It's so so to replace game files and load a save...

In this IPL case, here are the issues:

  • Some save data references buildings by index (i.e. closely related to the order of items placed by IPLs), those are related to the scm commands SET_VISIBILITY_OF_CLOSEST_OBJECT_OF_TYPE and SWAP_NEAREST_BUILDING_MODEL)
  • Binary IPLs shall not be fetched in a different order (from the IMG) because save files store information about them by index on save games.
  • Other issues related to enexes, unique jumps, garages.... being also referenced by index

Yeah, current public Mod Loader (0.1.15) is not aware of the second issue, but next version is.

 

So if you've added or changed the order of some object in the IPLs, and that includes rearranging the order IPLs are loaded, the save game won't work very well. And if you've replaced a binary IPL, it might cause the specific img tool to rearrange the order of the binary IPL, which will, again, make the save game a bit broken.

 

I can tell you that by looking at the screenshot above, the problem is strongly related to the first issue.

That or trying to make it non-breakable by not rearranging the order of items.

Not sure where to put this, but has anybody ever noticed the PS2 style reflection during the cutscene mission Drive-Thru? This makes me think there's an easier way to get it.

is just the engine,the hood is misplaced in the cutscene version

Strange, the whole car has ps2 reflection, even the darker colour is there

Nope,it isn't ps2,the car should be more reflective than the one in the cutscene and if u open it's model the materials are just the same as the normal one.

sorry for the double post, but I have found a weird bug and I was wondering what causes this.

In the pictures, take a look at the building behind the TransFender -- it magically disappears with the slightest movement of the camera:

Don't know where to post this but it has bothered me for a long time, sunglasses, is this a result of alpha bug? There's only one pair of sun glasses that isn't bugged and that's the normal ones in Pro-Laps

Just wanted to post links to those 2 awesome mods here:

 

Ped Skills by Junior_Djjr - Basically this makes the peds behave better while fighting or shooting, for example, now they use fighting skills and have better accuracy, some peds will also be able to dual wield guns.

Cars Divert by Junior_Djjr - cars will try to get out of your way when driving in the opposite lane of traffic.
