There is actually two vehicles in this mission, there's the Scorcher bike used by Mary-Ann after the race but also a Banshee that always spawn at the point Mary Ann tells you to go through the road. None of them however have anything special.

Much like the previous mission for Tonya "Pulling Favors" there are only two vehicles in this mission, the Towtruck and the Landstalker you have to tow back to the impound, although the Landstalker can randomly change color.
To get the tow truck just finish the mission and then take it to a garage, the Landstalker requires the use of the camera trick as the car is locked.
Again both the Towtruck and the Landstalker are present in the random traffic so they can be obtained at any time, also the Landstalker is equipped with bulletproof tires that can be bought on any LSC.

This is quite a unique mission as most is done by the AI of the game, but this also means that almost all vehicles from this mission are unobtainable, as you can't get out of the chase sequence to get them.

At the beginning
When this mission becomes available, also a FQ2 with a unique plate [P4P4R4ZZ0] will spawn where the mission can be triggered, this however is locked (at least in some consoles), but that isn't really a problem as you may either tow it to a safehouse garage or use the camera trick to get inside.

The chase beggins
Right before the chase begins when Poppy Mitchel discovers that you are recording her having sex, the chase cars spawn on the alley, including a Rapid GT with a unique plate [POPPYM14], but unfortunately they are unobtainable, at least for now.

There are at least 31 vehicles that are scripted in this mission to show on different times during the chase, although they all are unobtainable as you can't get out of the chase sequence.
These are the ones I could count:
1.Fellon, 2.Infernus, 3.Rocoto, 4.Rocoto, 5.Bus, 6.Penumbra, 7.Futo, 8.Rocoto, 9.Taxi, 10.Penumbra, 11.Taxi, 12.Taxi, 13.Bus, 14.Fellon , 15.Rocoto, 16.Taxi, 17.Bus, 18.Faggio, 19.Taxi, 20.FQ2, 21.Taxi, 22.Mule, 23.Carbonizzare, 24.Futo, 25.Penumbra, 26.Surfer, 27.Futo, 28.Taxi, 29.Taxi, 30.Penumbra, 31.Dubsta

This time the mission is a bit different, you have to receive a message from Tonya and then call her to get the mission and this time there is actually a third vehicle involved, a train, but much like in the mission "Chop" the vehicle is unenterable (the only time it's possible to drive a train is in the mission "Derailed").

Once again there's a Tow Truck and a car to tow, a Schartzer, to get the tow truck just finish the mission and then take it to a garage, the Schartzer requires the use of the camera trick as the car is locked.
Again both the Towtruck and the Schartzer are present in the random traffic so they can be obtained at any time, also the Schartzer is equipped with bulletproof tires that can be bought on any LSC.

This mission has a lot of vehicles too, a few rare and a few unique.

Start of the Mission

The mission begins with Michael saying to take his wife (Amanda) car, a red Sentinel with a unique plate [KRYST4L]

But this is a character vehicle that can always be obtained.

lJa3Hay.jpgJLxwIfi.jpg

The chase begins

At the start of the chase you will see a truck (Phantom) with Michael's boat (Marquis) on the back, although both these vehicles are unobtainable as they are unstopable, (don't even try to put yourself on the front of them as you will be completely crushed).

kOKlaVp.jpg

The Chase

There are a lot of cars in this chase sequence, but most of them are regular vehicles with random colors, but a few are worth to mention.

NTQwFGZ.jpg

(Click map for high-res)

There are at least 123 vehicles that are scripted in this mission to show on different times during the chase.

These are the ones I could count:

1.Buffalo, 2.Feltzer, 3.Blista, 4.Feltzer, 5.Feltzer, 6.Surfer, 7.Feltzer, 8.Feltzer, 9.Comet, 10.Manana, 11.Issi, 12.Bison, 13.Jackal, 14.Dominator, 15.Speedo, 16.Blista, 17.Asterope, 18.Feltzer, 19.Asterope, 20.Feltzer, 21.Blista, 22.Feltzer, 23.Jackal, 24.Feltzer, 25.Buffalo, 26.Feltzer, 27.Tourbus, 28.Feltzer, 29.Feltzer, 30.Feltzer, 31.Feltzer, 32.Feltzer, 33.Feltzer, 34.Jackal, 35.Blista, 36.Jackal, 37.Stretch, 38.Bison, 39.Bus, 40.Feltzer, 41.Bison, 42.Blista, 43.Feltzer, 44.Feltzer, 45.Bus, 46.Blista, 47.Buffalo, 48. Feltzer, 49.Jackal, 50.Jackal, 51.Feltzer, 52.Flatbed, 53.Gauntlet, 54.Bison, 55.Buffalo, 56.Bison, 57.Buffalo, 58.Manana, 59.Dilettante, 60.Bison, 61.Dilettante, 62.Asterope, 63.Asterope, 64.Asterope, 65.Manana, 66.Asterope. 67.Dilettante, 68.Bison, 69.Trashmaster or Asterope, 70.Asterope, 71.Dilettante, 72.Bison, 73.Asterope, 74.Manana, 75.Bison, 76.Dilettante, 77.Asterope, 78.Dilettante, 79.Baller2, 80.Phantom, 81.Phantom, 82.Washington, 83.Phantom, 84.Bison, 85.Phantom, 86.Jackal, 87.Phantom, 88.Feltzer, 89.Phantom, 90.Phantom, 91.Phantom, 92.Phantom, 93.Phantom, 94.Phantom, 95.Phantom, 96.Blista, 97.Phantom, 98.Dilletante, 99.Boxville(livery), 100.Phantom, 101.Regina, 102.Boxville(GoPostal), 103.Phantom, 104.Speedo, 105.Blista, 106.Phantom, 107.Asterope, 108.Manana, 109.Boxville(livery), 110.Manana, 111.Prairie, 112.Baller, 113.Burrito(livery), 114.Baller, 115.Baller, 116.SentinelXS, 117.SentinelXS, 118.SentinelXS, 119.Asterope, 120.SentinelXS, 121.SentinelXS, 122.Boxville(GoPostal), 123.Prison Bus

(Click on vehicles name for picture)

Weirdly enough in this mission it seems that some scripted vehicles do not always show (ex. the comet #9), and in few other occasions some others are added to the traffic (usually repetitions, ex: manana #111 and Prairie #112) and even weirder is the fact that sometimes instead of the Trashmaster it can spawn a Asterope #69.

Also note that after the last red bridge is reached some other vehicles spawn but in a randomly order so they should not be considered scripted.

To get any vehicle in traffic during the chase just park the Sentinel in front of that vehicle get out and quickly get in the desired vehicle (note that wielding a gun can sometimes delay the entering the vehicle sequence, making the mission fail before Michael can get inside, thus vanishing).

Gauntlet

This Gauntlet shows in the mission falling down of a Flatbed truck and it always has the same color although it is not unique.

ZMeZ3iU.jpg
(click on the vehicle for more info)

Boxville

A livery Boxville shows in a bit further in traffic, it will spawn in two variations: the Los Santos Department of Water and Power and the LSDS liveries.

These however are also not unique, they may be found in some rare occasions in traffic and even have some regular spawn locations (*).

iVAREsQ.jpgQAX4SPR.jpg
aDVQQKe.jpgRsjpuFP.jpg
(click on the vehicles for more info)

(*) Thanks to Sprue for this info regular spawn locations - in "Unique Vehicle Quest"

Brown Go Postal Boxville

Another Boxville but this time belonging to the Go Postal Company, these boxvilles can be seen in traffic but never in this color, but in some switch events(1) this color is also featured and obtainable, also this same version can be seen in the mission "Eye in the Sky" (although they are unobtainable in this mission).

LE7uzLt.jpg
(click on the vehicle for more info)

(1) check the video on how to get the prison bus to see the switch event and the brown Go Postal Boxville at (7:45)

Livery Burritos

Almost at the end of the mission (in a normal playthrough) a livery Burrito also spawns in traffic. These burritos can show in four livery variations: the MCguill-Olsen, the Atomic, the Pharte Gas and the Los Santos Department of Water and Power.

What makes these unique is that they may show in some unique color schemes, ex: the normal traffic Atomic livery Burrito is blue or the Pharte Gas livery Burrito is red, and since they can't be modded in LSC showing in those unusual colors makes them unique.

Note that recently I have discovered that these burritos can spawn in some rare occasions in other colors than white in this mission, but this only happened to me once so this subject need further testing.

Prison Bus

This is so far the only time this vehicle has been seen outside the prison, but since it's obtainable at any time from there it is not unique.

dn6tqbO.jpg
(click on the vehicle for more info)

Get Prison Bus from prison: easy way | hard way

After the mission

After the mission complete screen if you change to Michael you will get a scripted switch event where he is leaving a Taxi with a blank license plate.

Note that even if you don't change to Michael right after the mission there is a chance that when you do, it will give you a random switch event with the Taxi either near or even as Michael's active vehicle.

This vehicle along with the blank license plate also has bullet proof tires and is also a lightless version of the Taxi.

Another Towing job for Tonya, and again you must receive a text and then call her to start the mission, but this time there's no immediate danger for the driver with the stalled vehicle and all you have is the same Tow Truck and a red Tailgater, although there's nothing unique about the vehicle. Again to keep the cars use the same strategy as before, finish the mission to get the Tow Truck and use the camera exploit to get the tailgater.

Note that although there is nothing special about it, the Tailgater doesn't show up in regular traffic, although Michael has a tailgater as his character vehicle, so this might be a chance to get a random plate Tailgater instead of the unique plate one that Michael owns.

This mission was a pain on my 1st playthrough as to get gold for an unexperienced player can be hard, now it's actually quite easier. But in the matter of vehicles is not a very rich mission, but there's a couple with special features though, an UC2 Spl Emperor and a Spl Cavalcade.

The Emperor

Now this is the vehicle given by the game to play the mission, although it's not a mandatory vehicle as you can procedd with the mission without using it.

This Emperor has two special features a unique secondary color (roof) and a set license plate [07KZF345], and there's two strategies to get it, either fail the mission while driving it or instead before getting to the recycling plant for the drug deal, go to the nearby LSC and buy any costumization, this will send the vehicle to the police impound once you loose it, and once you have finished the misison you can safely retrieve it from the impound. This strategy makes it possible to finish the mission with a gold medal and also keep this unique vehicle.

uG6eqBI.jpgT8BL5SM.jpg
eDZGRgW.jpg
(click on the vehicles for more info)

Alternative

Inside the Recycling Plant

During the first cutscene while talking to D you can actually see 2 vehicles approaching the plant a Speedo and a Cavalcade, these however are unobtainable as they only show during the cutscene and once it's over they will vanish immediately.

9mHkHwM.jpg

Outside the Recycling Plant

Once you get out of the recycling plant there will be a Police Maverick flying with cops shooting at you, and then another a bit further along the way. But these are also unobtainable as you can't enter them, in fact all you can doo is take them down.

cpoKriE.jpgVqkatmq.jpg

The Escape

As you reach the street next to the recycling plant you are given two choices by the game as your escape vehicle a Jackal that is driving on your direction and a Cavalcade that is stoped on the other side of the street with a prostitute nearby. This last one is the set plated Cavalcade [mentioned before and in order to get it all you have to do is using it to escape the cops and take it to the end mission marker at Franklin's place. The Jackal actually has also an uncommun feature that it's the wheel color, but this feature is editable at any LSC so it's not unique.

Now there are also three other scripted vehicles in  this sequence, some Police Vapid Cruisers that will always show the same way, two coming from the east side and one from the west side, but these are the same as the regular ones that can spawn in normal traffic. After you choose your vehicle to escape all other police vehicles that show up are completely random.

I don't think metallic taxi yellow is an LSC colour, so is it unique?

This is funny mission where you must chase Amanda's tennis coach along the hills of Vinewood, but it can actually also be a great opportunity to get some unique vehicles, including the main vehicles involved in the chase.

The Bison and the Blista

These vehicles show in Michael's place as soon as this mission becomes available and can be obtained through some exploits, either push them to the nearby garage (you will need to disrupt the mission before storing them) or alternatively use the camera trick to get inside both vehicles and then take them to a property garage.

Note that what makes the Bison unique is not the color but the fact that it's eqquiped with a winch on the back, the Blista although it's not a very recognizable difference between the colors available at LSC, it has a unique red color.

The Chase

Comparing to other mission chases this one is actually very small, but nevertheless full of rare and unique vehicle.

9qC34cD.jpg

(Click map for high-res)

There are at least 21 vehicles that are scripted in this mission to show on different times during the chase.

These are the ones I could count:

1.Dilettante, 2.Baller, 3.Felon, 4.Baller, 5.Voltic, 6.RapidGT, 7.Rocoto, 8.Blista, 9.Felon GT, 10.Rocoto, 11.Prairie, 12.Serrano, 13.Rocoto, 14.Baller, 15.Dilettante, 16.Benson, 17.Cognoscenti Cabrio, 18.Baller, 19.Fellon, 20.Cognoscenti Cabrio, 21.Journey

During this chase there are some rare and other possibly unique vehicles, first there are two Cognoscenti Cabrio(*), although this can be bought from the Legendary Motorsport Cars in-game website, they are considered rare as they don't show in regular traffic beyond this mission (they will also show as scripted vehicles in two other missions "Paparazzo - Meltdown" and "Legal Trouble"), also at the very end of the scripted chase there will be a unique colored Journey, what makes this journey unique though it's not actually the colors by the selfs, as they are regular colors obtained at LSC, but the color scheme as the Journey is not moddable at the LSC meaning you can't respray it there.

u58T0WI.jpgKCU7BDE.jpg
ddCn6Ta.jpg
(click on the vehicles for more info)

(*) Note that one of the Cognoscenti Cabrio (#20) has a possible unique pearlescent, since this car doesn't show on regular traffic and the bought versions are not available with this pearlescent.

Madrazo's eses Ballers

After chasing the tennis coach you will arrive at what you think to be his house and you will bring it down the hill, then later get a call from the coach and a woman who tells you that you are marked by Martin Madrazo, a chase will begin then as you approach Michaels house and some eses will try to kill you while driving some Ballers.

3qW1PFs.jpgDsTB7py.jpg
(click on the vehicle for more info)

Madrazo's Baller

At the very end of the mission you will get a cutscene where Martin Madrazo will get you, he will be arriving in a what seems similar Baller to the ones who have chased you previously, but this one is completely unobtainable as it only shows on the cutscene.

Although this is not in fact a mission, but it is dependable on the completion of "Marriage Counseling" and since it has no proper classification (Story Mission, Strangers and Freaks, etc.) I decided to attatch it to the story missions.

This is the first of some sessions that you can have with Dr. Friedlander and the only vehicle that is available through this is the red comet outside his office whenever a session is available or right after one, and it's a completely random comet without anything to make it special.

I'll have to double check it but I'm pretty sure it's not unique, take in consideration that the editor name might not be the same in game so that's why it doesn't match.
###edit###
Ok so I did double check and the (metallic) taxi yellow color is actually the (metallic) yellow in-game, so still no uniqueness, but it's a good point and if possible I'm going to post all matches of the editor colors vs the in-game color so there's no further confusion, but this will be something to do later

I haven't checked the editor in a while, but does that mean that there is a metallic yellow and a taxi yellow in the editor under separate names, or just taxi yellow?

This is probably one if not the most rare random switch event that can lead to a blank plated vehicle, it can only happen before the mission "Mr. Phillips".

You must switch to Franklin and you will be in your aunt's house door talking to Tanisha (Franklin's former girlfriend) and as she get's out and you get control of the character you must run fast i order to see and stop the taxi she is on, as this Taxi is a similar version of the one you can get in "Father/Son", a blank plated, lightless Taxi with bullet proof tires.

To get either use the camera trick to get inside or push the Taxi inside the nearby safehouse garage, but beware as to push and save it there both Tanisha and the driver must get out first.

This mission have a few scripted vehicles although they may not be very noticeable.

Mr. Spoke Bike Rental

The only real obtainable scripted vehicles at this point in the mission are the bikes found at Mr. Spoke Bike Rental place in Vespucci beach, these are the bikes you get to choose from to race Jimmy.

Although some of these bikes may have weird colors they all have been found in normal traffic.

The Boat Sequence

In the second part of the mission you must escape with Tracy from a big yacht named Dignity ridding a sheashark and followed closely by some drug dealers also in sheasharks.

Also there is a scripted Squalo that shows during this chase but any of these vehicles are unobtainable as you can't have them as active vehicles even if you get out of your own Sheashark, anyway if it would be possible to get them there is really no place to save them as the marina is still unavailable at this point.

On a side note, does anyone know if it's possible to get the RGB and hex codes for the save editor colours like police blue, worn, util, other?  I asked this on a more appropriate thread but got no response.

I've looked at a lot of his Youtube videos, too, for when I was 100%'ing SA and GTA III with obtaining all or a lot of proof vehicles in the game.

I finished III, VC, SA, and almost done with LCS to 100% with proof vehicles.  As many as I can get!  Soon to move onto VCS.  Then I completed all 5 PS2 era GTA games to 100% with all the proof vehicles I could obtain and fit in the garages, etc.  I'll play IV and V then after.  Hoping that V has some nice things discovered in the future.  The Lightless Taxi is really cool.  I didn't know it existed until this topic.  That was a rare occurrence to get a Lightless Taxi in the PS2 games, but it was possible.

On the last mission for Tonya there's another vehicle scripted to spawn beside the Tow Truck and the towed car, now there always a random ambulance that is near the Intruder you must tow, but like I said it's a random version and there's nothing special about it.

You can get another lightless Taxi with a blank plate and bulletproof tires. You need to get the very rare mysterious girlfriend in the cab switch event, kill the driver then use a Tow Truck, push the car or use the camera trick on it.

This is another Random Event but you will only get it once, so it's a one time chance to get a very special Batti 801 that has some very nice updates and also is pre-eqquiped with NOS.

Although there nothing absolutely unique about it except the nitro, most of the updates the bike has are not available at erlier stages of the game, so if you want to win the last street race with a very powerfull bike, this might be your chance. Now you can simply take from the thief and keep it for you, or return it to the owner and afterwards retake for your self.

Possible it is but probably only someone with acess to the coding of the save editor, but most likely this will be decoded once the game is launched in the PC platform and once we get access to the carcols.dat file
like in the other games of the series. That will also give us the certain of the uniqueness of some vehicles ex. the white livery vans, the bronze speedo etc.

I found this awhile ago but I don't know how to do this kind of thing.

Have you checked out Saeeda's unique modified Rocoto? It might be reproduced in LSC, but it's worth the mention in this thread, and I think the plates are unique.

The editor says the colour is worn white, which is not in the LSC.  Is it just a regular white like the taxi yellow?

This is an optional mission that seems to be available after the mission "Friend Request", you can either choose or not to help Amanda that was caught "borrowing" some clothes from Didier Sachs store.

The mission is quite simple just get in the police cruiser car and loose the cops, and the only vehicle available in the mission is that police cruiser all other are random, but even that on has nothing special.

On the editor there's just taxi yellow, also I found that anothe (metallic) yellow color (ain't sure which one right now) is in the editor a (rim) color instead of (metallic). Weird!!!!!

It was always like that in GTA. There was Yellow, and then there was Taxi Yellow for Taxis.

The Yellow in the TransFender in SA was the same as the normal taxis yellow so im not too sure about that.
