Nothing. Haven't eaten breakfast at home since I was about 10, I just can't stomach anything until about noon.

One thing I don't mind though are big sunday breakfasts. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, orange juice, the works.

Usually for breakfast .. Chicken. Hell, I mostly eat chicken the whole day, never really liked veggies. Might die sooner or later.  :panic:

TheCacti, have you tried different flavors of yogurt or different brands? I hope you aren't eating that fake Greek Chobani yogurt. Is it certified organic? That could make all the difference.

I love breakfast. I get excited to wake up and make and eat a yummy breakfast.

Some of my usuals:

Oatmeal topped with fruit and/or nuts and/or nutbutter/honey and/or cocoa nibs.
Sunny-side up eggs w/hotsauce
Toasted blueberry bagel
Greek yogurt with honey & berries
Breakfast granola, yogurt and fruit parfait
Tea - sometimes green, sometimes black

Yeah it's certified organic plain yogurt. I did use the flavored yoplait ones in the past but got kinda sick of them. I'll probably grow tired of the plain as well, soon enough, but I should start mixing in different jams with them to mix up the flavors. I reckon it'd be pretty good too, considering we have a decent selection of quality jams at our disposal. My wife's aunt sends us homemade jams that she makes in France of regional fruits like mirabelle and questche , as well as some other more popular flavors like blackberry rhubarb.

Nothing. v_v no, no, I know it's bad, but I rarely have time for breakfast. I'm up at 6 for work, at which time I don't feel hungry, then, by the time I actually start to, I'm usually on the bus. The best chance I have is a slice of toast while walking to the bus stop.

Even though I don't like toast.

On weekends, it's usually cereal. Bacon gives me indigestion, so I have to really crave some to want to eat it for breakfast. Or bagels with scrambled eggs, and if it's a really special occasion, some smoked salmon (which is a good alternative to bacon, for me).

Ooh, how could I forget? Granola with yoghurt and honey! When I have all of those things in the cupboard. Or a combo of yoghurt, grated apple, sunflower seeds, pomegranate seeds and mixed berries. Amazing.

I tend to force myself to have breakfast in the morning during the week. I get up at 5:30 and leave the house by 6:20ish so I usually end up having a bowl of cereal. It tends to be weetabix with sugar to last me until 9/10am where I end up eating more cereal at work. Or I used to have 2 slices of toast with butter. But considering I ate that every morning for about 3 months straight I don't want it anymore.

Come the weekends I don't really have anything.

I do really miss having something cooked for breakfast but hey, f*ck getting up any earlier for work just to do that sh*t.

You haven't lived till you've tasted a sweet whiskey omlette with fig jam and almonds. Liquid breakfast, but in solid form.

Coffee with milk, strawberry yogurt with cereals and dried raisins, bread with butter, banana and apple, strawberry jelly and guava. Also, a bread like that on my avatar (peanut butter).

Meh, I'm never usually hungry in the morning before school when I have to get up around six. On the weekends I usually have eggs one way or another. During the week I just have a yogurt or a quick microwave meal. I wouldn't eat anything for breakfast at all during the week, but I'm diabetic so I don't have much choice.

Is it Brown Cow? Maybe Wallaby? Stonyfield? Surely not Horizon yogurt? What about vanilla yogurt? Have you had that and what did you think?

3 or 4 eggs, depending on how tough the day I'll be having, 1 or more liters of water (that's about 0.22 gallons for all the Americans who aren't familiar with liters.), cheese jacks and that's it.

Honestly I eat the same thing for lunch and dinner for breakfast, every now and then I do switch it around and eat some plantains with salami and eggs (since I'm Dominican it's pretty much the breakfast for us)

I usually don't eat breakfast, since school is so early (6:00 AM) and I wake up by the time it's already lunch (11-12).

Often it's pancakes or just a cup of Milo.
