Akuma - when bought, now comes with body value 0, which means no carbon fenders/hugger or windscreen.
Vader - Same thing, when buying the Vader bike, it will now spawn with no exhausts at all, and no plate holder.
This used to be only possible with a save editor/hex editing of a savegame, however R* now screwed something up and some vehicles are now locked to that body value.
Now i am 100% sure this has to do with topless and hardtop versions of certain cars. To those that don't know how the hex editing/save editor worked:
Body value 0 is used to give you topless cars such as the Banshee/Stinger ect and a naked Akuma without any carbon parts 'looks sweet as hell' and a Vader with no exhaust. 255 would give you the hard top and all possible non-LSC customizable parts. This used to be random as many people know, which is why they changed it now.
Just showing what i mean:
Akuma used to spawn with this body style and carbon parts:
When bought, And now looks like when bought:
It seems they have messed up some of the spawn data of online vehicles when you buy them, which causes them to spawn with body value 0.
Confirmed, on PS3 and Xbox360, these vehicles can now only be bought with body value 0. Same goes for the Ratloader like CaliMeatWagon just said in the post beneath this.
