I have GTA 4 plus its all DLCs and I have played them through and I love them! But now I have thought about getting GTA 5. I could sell my GTA 4 so I would get the new game with cheaper price. But is it really worth it?  I mean, I liked GTA 4 and I fear if GTA 5 would be worse... Will I regret doing this? I loved the Liberty City very much, what do you think about Los Santos in GTA 5?

It's your choice really, everyone has different opinions.

Coming from a guy who played every GTA in order starting with the first, I say no. You can buy GTA V as it wasn't TERRIBLE, but DO NOT sell your GTA IV to do it, as you'll probably wanna go back. GTA V had it's moments

but not as many funny moments as GTA IV. Let's go bowling! Stuff like bowling

Don't sell IV. V is worth a try i guess, but it's not worth selling IV

Like all my brothers said, do not sell IV. You should get GTA V because it's GTA. It might dissapoint in some aspects compared to previous GTA games, but as a game alone it certainly cannot.

Don't buy it, total waste of your money. If you do, certainly don't sell GTA IV. You could end up feeling like me and so many others who thought that GTA V was an extreme disappointment and a major step down from GTA V.

V's worth the first-time experience, maybe a little online, but never sell IV. I guarantee you'll want to return to it.

I also wouldn't buy V at full price. Wait for a $40 sale max, unless you plan on returning it.

Wow I didn't expect that a lot of you advice not to sell GTA 4! Since GTA 5 was very hyped before its release and very praised after its release plus its great amount of gaming awards and records, I thought that GTA 5 was really the game of the dream... But well if you think that I should not sell my GTA 4 complete edition then I will not! I have less time for video games nowadays and I own a lot of them so I have not many time to play all of them anymore... Therefore, I thought that having just one GTA game is enough because of its large open world :santa:

I'd also advise you not to sell your IV. Decision is naturally yours, but the price of V will be smaller in several months. V is at the moment still an expensive game and I think you wouldn't get a good price from IV right now. Maybe someone is bored with his or her V and would like to sell it in eBay?? In that case it would be more sensible. As for my nearest gamestore, GTA IV costed 14,90€ and GTA V from 30 to 40 euros last time I checked.

I have bought GTA V (and kept GTA IV) and in my opinion it is better :-) but I really prefer Liberty City more than Los Santos' city, but if we include its wilderness then it's very amazing in my opinion. However, cops are soo annoying in GTA V in comparison with IV
