It's a shame, but I mean, he has got a World Cup winners medal in his trophy cabinet back home. Can't complain too much.

Yeah, Buffon's legacy is unquestionable and the World Cup certainly makes up for no CL, similar to Ronaldo. But it's easy to feel bad for him because he's come close 3 times now.

If there's a player to really feel sorry for, it's Ballack. His team came second in four tournaments in both 2002 (Bundesliga, DFB Pokal and CL with Leverkusen as well as World Cup with Germany) and 2008 (Premier League, League Cup and CL with Chelsea and Euro with Germany).

What a match! Especially for one of the players which was it's farewell with the Andorra's National Football team. What a great victory

Football history right here.

Gotta love the Andorran's. They turn up every international break knowing they'll probably lose, and badly at that, but turn up they do every single time. Taking part is what counts and all that!

Man Guardiola will be mad at Otamendi for injuring Gabriel Jesus. What was the point of that bloody elbowing? It's a friendly match!

Meh, tax fraud is becoming the norm among the world's best players, Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar... The Dutch version of the Onion wrote a satirical piece about it called "The eternal discussion, who is the better tax evader, Messi or Ronaldo?". It's hilarious.

"Messi is the best tax evader. His evasions are unparalleled. Every time you think he is going to the Cayman islands, he goes around the outside to Panama .. Others say Ronaldo is the best tax evader because of the work effort he puts in. He really wants to be the best. Every day he spends several extra hours reading Spanish tax law to find the perfect loophole."

That's a short paraphrase of it, and I probably ruined the joke in the article by giving such a short sample, but what the heck.

He's coming home, he's coming home....

Nah not really, lets be honest he'll stay at Madrid and United will buy Morata and normality will be resumed.

We'll put Messi in Strangeways for half an hour, then since he's in Manchester he may as well sign on at City.
