Replacing concrete objects in SA

I want to edit some elements of the city of San Fierro, for example I would like to replace and move these fences with others. But I can't find these objects in SFs.IPL. I've looked a bit above all files Maps and not found this objects to replace them. Does anyone know where they are?

There is one thing I do not understand. Where are the coordinates located of this particular fence in the archives? -2454.98... etc..

For example, I changed a tree that's there in front of the casino for this ladder with this patron in SFe.IPL

 

Original line:

My remplaced

But these fences, lampposts and destructibles trees of city, I can't understand where the coordinates of each one of the objects are housed.

your screenshot shows it bleow of the tabs "IDE" "IPL" "SCENE""ITEM"
SFs.IPL Stream 2
it means sfs_stream2.ipl inside of gta3.img

the most part of item placements are done in "stream ipl files" they are assigned to the IPL files of map folder
example:
to data\maps\SF\SFs.ipl
are assigned 9 stream ipl files:
sfs_stream0.ipl
sfs_stream1.ipl
sfs_stream2.ipl
sfs_stream3.ipl
sfs_stream4.ipl
sfs_stream5.ipl
sfs_stream6.ipl
sfs_stream7.ipl
sfs_stream8.ipl

they're binary files and are placed inside of gta3.img
it needs to export the files and convert it with Binary-(De)Compiler for editing

 

Mapediter can also do the work, move object and save it

but don't publish then the files because you don't know what you did
