The tapping on the underwater hatch translates to "You never call, how d'you fancy going bowling?"... 'You never call'..
Maybe that is Niko in the hatch wondering why Roman doesn't call him anymore. After all, Roman was the one who used to do the calling.
The wanted posters are up for Niko, maybe because he is 'lost'. The hatch he is in is like the hatch off the TV show 'Lost'.
Who in GTA V would own that hatch? The IAA or The FIB or the military or Merrywheather, no one else would..
Which brings to mind Niko's FIB girl friend, she may of been the one who put him there. She is the only person that we know in GTA V that knows Niko and would potentially have the power/authority to be able to access/utilize such a thing.
I know that the tapping message is R* joke about an annoying part about one of their games but it could have a double meaningJust a thought, so don't hate.

That's a sick theory. It's crazy how someone decoded that in the first place. I recently started the game over and forgot that Lester mentions Niko early but saying he "went out quiet." You're theory holds weight because Niko was involved with FIB heavy in GTA IV. Niko being an immigrant and having really nobody to help him, it's very possible that the FIB would do that to him because it would be easy to get away with it.
I wanna see more PackieIf I'm flying at max height, they would be underneath me correct? So flying with the view facing the ground would be the best way to look? Is it something that is easy to miss? Because I feel stupid looking for this thingIf I'm flying at max height, they would be underneath me correct? So flying with the view facing the ground would be the best way to look? Yeah, they should be right under you. You need 100% though. BTW Niko worked with the IAA not FIB in GTA IV. The mission "Three's a Company" in GTA V proves it. It has Michelle in it and she is working for the IAA there.

Word you're right. They're both basically the same thing just on different teams. You need 100% to see any of the UFOs besides the underwater one? Hmm I dont rememer that no wonder why I couldn't find it

I found collecting the sub parts took you to interesting areas...I would suspect the ocean would be a lot more enjoyable and mysterious to those who have no knowledge of what I'm sure we all know here, that there is no danger down there apart from loner sharks and crushing depths.

If Humpbacks, hammerheads, Killer Whales and stingrays acted in a similar manner to the more placid dogs, (not the Chop type, sorry not good with dog breeds), it could be fun bumping into a whale or sting ray and annoying it then it attacks/stings you, (at the moment all there is is a vibration from the DualShock 4). I have had cases of standing near lab' type dogs and they will jump and bite you only if you get up in their face.

If you kids hear underwater squealing noises i guess it might have been a hunchback whale. What i understand though in the console version they spawn only one place?? But in the pc version i had them spawn in random all over the place. Here in a video i made by one of the whale skeletons. Listen to the nose it makes:

I also make videos on my channel on all the secrets underwater in rockstar editor. Here is a video of the Ufo:

Its called the remains wreck in GTA 5.  It has a 22500 or 25000 bc of cash.  Before they fixed it one could get the bc plus the cash switch to another character then switch back and get money again.  I got all three characters lots money this way.

there are a lot of times Michael would go out in boat to here w scuba go down and come away with 100 k after doing glitch multiple times now no more.

Found a huge abandoned sub when I glitched underwater once
