I sleep around 4-6 hours on weekdays and about 8-10 hours on weekends.. I'm okay with all of that.

I sleep on a soft mattress and there are a few things that helps me sleep, such as taking a hot shower minutes before bed, drinking some warm drinks (like tea), and last but not least is my emergency move.. you can probably guess it.

I love sleep, but I don't get enough of it. 6 hours usually. I wake up at 6am just to try and go back to sleep again until 7 (unless its the weekend, then I just lay in the bed and ponder life until 10). Really don't know why I do this to myself.

I'm also quite "addicted" to sleeping, and I indeed do enjoy it. Sleeping for ten hours isn't much for me.

Sleeping is my habit but I have this tendency to get up really early for undefined reasons. I get up and I don't feel snobby anymore, kinda frustrates me. 5-6 hours is very common for me these days whilst 10-12 hours are rather uncommon but tend to do so.

I'm not really consistent with my sleep during school nights, I'll get anywhere between 4-9 hours. If I get anything below 5 hours, I'll usually be able to function until around 2 PM. Then I crash. On days off, I stay up til 12-3 AM usually, and then get around 10 hours of sleep afterward. Oh, how I love weekends. Only 6 more weeks until paradise.

Sleep is the best thing in the world. Too bad I've been having trouble doing it lately.

I sleep 1 to about 16 hrs depending on which day it is, and power naps throughout the day.

I have weird sleeping habits, because i can flip, flop my sleeping schedule with ease.

The more sun, the better my sleep gets. No problems falling down this time of year. It's almost instant.
I sleep around 6 hours a night and additional 1-2 hours in hypnosis daily.
On matrix, and always naked.

I sleep in magazines, but once I'm loaded I'll be sleeping in a chamber.

I sleep on a mattress on top of another mattress.  I also always have to have a thick blanket, even if it is summer.  It just feels weird to me not to have one.

I feel perfectly well-rested with 11 hours of sleep. Anything below 8 hours, I feel especially tired. But even then... if I go to sleep at say 4am and wake up at 12pm, I'd still feel tired just because I fell asleep so late. It's weird. I frequently takes naps, but not as much as I did during the winter. I have a sh*t mattress that's ontop of a broken boxspring too and my back is f*cked up every day.

I try to sleep between 6 and 8 hours every night, regardless of it being a weekday or weekend.

I try and get to bed by around midnight every night.  I wake up at 6.20 every morning regardless of it being a week day or weekend cause my young kids are programmed to.  Annoyingly!

4-5 hours but sometimes for a full day.

it happens that i'm usually up 24+ hours because i have nightmares and i don't like it, just staying up to the point where i'm just laughing at everything helps a bit against it.

If i really want to sleep it'll just take 30sec but sometimes i make like a rapid movement in my sleep so i wake up feeling really drowsy because of the first stage of sleep or whatever it's called and then it takes long to fall asleep again.

I find it difficult to sleep in excess of 7 - 8 hours a night. I feel worse for it if I do sleep too much. I haven't been sleeping through the night lately, though - waking up every 2 hours or so, like clockwork.

I sleep on a pretty firm mattress, two firm pillows. I have to have relative darkness, and absolute silence to fall asleep. I'm lucky enough to have a double bed, and tend to stretch out, take up as much space as I can.

I'm not good at sharing.

I used to sleep like 10 hours a day during summer. Then I set my alarm for 7 o'clock everyday.

Now I automatically wake up around 7 even if I only slept for only 4 hours or more then 8 hours.

I sleep around 3 - 4 hours on days when I have work. Usually finish work at 10pm, head to bed at 11:30pm and wake up at 3am. If I have a day off then I get to sleep at 2am and wake up at 8am. Can't stand sleeping during the day.

If I'm on guard duty I start work at 4am finish at 10pm and then have guard duty until 2am so about 4 hours sleep at work . So I normally sleep on the floor or outside because it's cooler and there's a breeze. Then at 2am someone else takes over and I go home and sleep in my air conditioned room with my king size matress and Egyptian cotton sheets with a great thread count. Also have memory foam pillows. Then I sleep for another 3 - 4 hours and head back to work at 6 - 7am.

My fiancee always manages to end up with all my pillows though. Even if it's under my head I'll wake up and it'll be on the ground on her side.

I'm a little weird, I don't like going to sleep, but once I do fall asleep, I don't want to wake up until 10 if I don't have to. But during the summer I work at a beach, so I have to get up at 6am every day. I also work on a dairy farm year round and there we start promptly at 5 am, so I wake up around 4:15 in the morning on those days. I'd say I get my 8 hours on my days off, but only around 4-5 hours on days I work.

On the weekends I get 6 hours of sleep. On the weekdays I get 5. I'm a morning person and personally can't stand sleeping it, it just feels like I'm sleeping my life away if I do that. I do take naps around 3:00PM though.

I am not sure if I should admit this but I get 10-12 hours of sleep a day. Usually hit the sack at 2-3 A.M and sleep until anywhere between 12-2 pm depending on how tired I was.

I don't sleep, I faint from exhaustion for coming too late to bed.

Yeah, I have "resources" for my sleeping problem.

I can't sleep well if I don't take a dump and shower 3~4 hours before sleeping. I feel like the sh*t is moving inside of me and I'm dirty for not showering.

I sometimes have a hard time sleeping and apparently I talk quite a bit and fidget. Turns out, I also have a track record of patting the arses of girlfriends I've shared a bed with in my sleep.

I get anywhere of 3-6 hours of sleep usually, I have a queen sized bed, I regularly watch Netflix or YouTube on my computer while I fall asleep. I have a beige-ish comforter I sleep under since the Pacman blanket I used to use doesn't fully cover me from my chest to my feet. I have 5 pillows, two on each side and one in the middle and white sheets and red sheets. I usually sleep in the middle so I can stretch my arms without them completely hanging off the side of the bed, I sleep face up if watching a video, and on my side if not. I also have a pillow top to make the bed softer, the bed's about a year and a half old, meaning I'll probably get a new one in about a year and a half or two years.

I sleep for around 10-12 hours - from 3-5am to 1-2pm, I have a rather small bed (can't fit two people laying flat) and I just close my eyes (I have no 'methods', I just fall to sleep at random).

i sleep only 5 hours, because here we have schools at 7 Am so i have to wake up at 6 for baths etc and i dont not fall asleep.

I think the best thing is having a shower on weekends. That's what I always do.

OT:I usually sleeps from 23:00 to 06:00 for no reason I wake up in the dawn. School day or not.
Rarely I wake up earlier.
