Since I work for about 10 hours a day, I usually get home about 6:30/7pm and by about 8:00/8:30 I'm in bed. I probably fall asleep at about 9 since I leave my tv on sleep timer with the sound on low to fall asleep sometimes. My TV comes on the next morning at about 4:30am. I fall asleep until about 5:30ish and then get up and I'm out the door by 6:30 for work. So I tend to get as much sleep as possible since I'm on my feet for about 9 hours out of the 10 that I'm at work and I've had some slight back issues lately.
I sleep on a double bed, 1 pillow on each side and then my quilt. However, I've started to use a throw over my quilt since I get kind of cold at night.
