Does anybody remember a live action parody of the game back when it was blossoming with popularity?

I can't remember who it was that did it, it might have been MAD tv or something but I could be wrong.

 

I'm also either certain it was a parody of either this game or Vice City, but it was definitely some time around those two games.

 

I really can't find it anywhere, but all I remember about it was it was great, fun and everybody back at GameFAQs loved it because the game was making it into pop culture. It was tremendous fun to watch. I wish I could find it again.
