"Why is this here?" posts are more pointless than pointless threads, imo.

No they're not.  The point of "why is this here" posts are to ask why something is there; pointless threads literally have no points.

Might as well say "bump."

Can't say that.  It's against the rules.

No you misunderstand.  I'm saying that "this thread is pointless" type comments are pointless because you might as well have just written "bump."  You don't add anything, bump the thread to the top, and if anything just give it more attention.

It can help sometimes though; having to put into words what a thread is about can help keep it on track and give it a sense of purpose.  Sometimes.

Hi, guys.
Did you all know that I'm Egyptian?
and before you ask, no, I don't ride around in camels.

im canadian and i dont ride around on myself

Don't you guys get around on moose?

I'm from Australia. I'm sick of ignorant people saying we ride kangaroos here.

We don't "ride'' them, we get lift in their pouches.

F*cking young blokes these days getting around on their kangaroos. Always hooning up and down my street. I'll stick to my slow but reliable Wombat.

Why not buy the digital copy?

If you don't have a credit card you can go to your local gas station and buy a pre-paid debt card and then you can buy the digital copy.

I use a pre-paid card to buy all my digital items

It's a tough choice between riding the moose and eating it. definitely can't do both.

Let's thumb it up...

Aussies ride in the Roo's pouches and on wombats

Canadians ride the moose

Egyptians ride on camels

Jamaicans ride in Bob's Sled

So what do the Tuvaluian ride?

I'm from America, my "car" is a basically a bus with a hot tub in it, it gets 3miles per gallon, but I only pay $.99 a gallon anyways.

I eat at McDonald's breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I bitch about literally everything... I never wear the same shirt twice, and I know more about baseball than world history.

Just getting all of the panda stuff out the way! Hope that's okay

OT: Too much Panda? Also in response to the initial kangaroo comment; my understanding is the pouch is a rather messy place.  My question being; Wouldn't riding in a kangaroo's pouch be of a great disservice to the marsupials health? Surely someone of your magnitude would not easily fit in such a hot pocket of primal nourishment, simply curious.

Thanks :colgate:

You need to stretch out the pouches over time so not to injury the animal. You start off just putting a small child in the pouch before eventually progressing all the way up to a full sized adult. We wear special jackets similar to rain coats to prevent too much mucus from getting on your skin.

Well Thats just Nasty!!

Never thought of eating a Roo.

I've eaten Bear meat. Its quite tasty. Venison is also good when prepared right.

I Tried some Gator nuggets down in FL. Its like tough dark meat chicken.

I've heard kangaroo is relatively tasty yet Australians are revolted by the idea.  Is this like a Hindu cow thing?  Are you all part of some kangaroo cult?

Nah lots of Aussies eat roo. We had a related problem in New Zealand actually - we used to ride Moa but they were also delicious and now they're extinct. Ride on mowers just aren't the same - slower, taste like sh*t and no feathers to speak of.

I've only had bear as jerky but it was pretty good.  I've eaten a ton of venison, benefits of growing up next door to a hunter.  Had alligator as well, but as part of a jambalaya, so I didn't taste it very specifically, liked it though.  I've had all sorts of bizarre meats and seafood really, but these days I'm 90% vegetarian.  I mostly eat seitan.

AiraCobra, I know tokelauans ride ocean currents. Often for days in a small leaky boat - because they've heard a girl on another island might put out....I suspect tuvaluans may be similar?

Either that or......

They ride.....

....not much atoll. Ba dum tish.

A global warming joke ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much, I'm here all week. Two shows Saturday.

That must be a trait exclusive to American popcorn. As an American, do you drink tea?
