This is my 183rd post!

Not a significant number and completely unrelated to anything.

But it is bullsh**t and chat related.

I'm from Australia. I'm sick of ignorant people saying we ride kangaroos here.

We don't "ride'' them, we get lift in their pouches.

Okay so Aussie ride in the Roo's pouches, Canadian's ride moose and people in the middle east ride Camels & Mexican ride donkeys

So what do Jamaicans ride?

According to a Lilt advert I saw a few years ago, buses.  Man, those guys were relaxed.  I wonder what it was; I guess it was the Totally Tropical Taste of Lilt, available in the fridge of your local supermarket, just in time for summer.

giphy.gifJust getting all of the panda stuff out the way! Hope that's okay

giphy.gifgiphy.gif

OT: Too much Panda? Also in response to the initial kangaroo comment; my understanding is the pouch is a rather messy place.  My question being; Wouldn't riding in a kangaroo's pouch be of a great disservice to the marsupials health? Surely someone of your magnitude would not easily fit in such a hot pocket of primal nourishment, simply curious.

Thanks :colgate:

Im from America. and im tired of everyone calling americans Fatasses. if 154 +/- 5 lbs is fatass to you, you are a stick person

Walmart begs to differ, yo.  Though things are weird in Canada, they're becoming more cynical, unhealthy, bacon-obsessed conservatives while the US is having a vegan, hippie renaissance.  Bizarro world.

I suppose it's like gun-related deaths; the rest of the world has them, but America has a hell of a lot in one place.

I've heard kangaroo is relatively tasty yet Australians are revolted by the idea.  Is this like a Hindu cow thing?  Are you all part of some kangaroo cult?

Ive always thought it was more of the opposite with people from overseas considering them cute and nice .  I hate the nasty things. There are way to many off them. They always have one "joey" (baby kangaroo) in their pouch, one on the ground and pregnant with another one and they dont have many predators plus are protected now.

The taste in kind of like a lean, more gamey beef. Its ok but not that great and you often get bits of meat with cycsts and stuff in it. The last time i cooked some I didnt wash the pan out straight away and came home and my whole house smelt like dead rats so Its kind of put me off it. Emu is much nicer.

They probably sell more roo as pet food than people eat but you can buy it from the supermarket and dont need to go to a specialist butcher or anything.

I'm pretty sure statistically the US isn't the fattest nation, I think it's actually some Polynesian countries, but I'm too lazy to look it up, and really obesity is climbing almost everywhere.  But that's not as fun as ripping on people's home nation.

The problem with kangaroo meat is if you don't know how to cook it right -it's much harder than regular meat to get the sweet spot- you can end up quite sick.

It's similiar to obesity; a lot of places around the world have examples of it, but America has a lot of examples of it.

Sounds like trailer trash.

On a more serious note, sounds like Canada geese in the US and Canada.  Protected for some unknown reason while they're flippin' everywhere and a total nuisance.

Yeah but American is in the top 5 at least...

Haven't you seen our bearly-accomplished-anything-since-she-been-in-the-white-house first lady with her "Move" campaign to starve kids at school with healthy foods and make fat kids exercise.

Betty ford acheived more than the first lady did in 4 years and she was a drunk

You need to stretch out the pouches over time so not to injury the animal. You start off just putting a small child in the pouch before eventually progressing all the way up to a full sized adult. We wear special jackets similar to rain coats to prevent too much mucus from getting on your skin.

In my state the deer population is so bad they've hired contract hunters to go and do away with a bunch of them.

It is not unprecedented for a forum to have a lounge. I tried something like this and it didn't take off. If it's useful for Online, :^:.

Look, I love this forum, and I also love WBaker, but what is the point of this thread? I just don't get it.

"This is a place for folks from the GTAOnline community to come and bullsh*t around and chat about random stuff"

In other words people can come here and talk about things they normally wouldn't be able to talk about within the section because the thread would be locked for going off-topic ect this is here so they can have that conversation and not worry about going off-topic and having there conversation locked.

Another reason why is because a lot of members either don't know about the general chat section or they don't like to go there for reasons i won't post they would rather be around people they talk to daily though the GTAOnline section

This is just a trial thing nothing is official and it's not being pinned we are just trying to see how it goes and how it is accepted.

I know people are afraid of change or trying something new but once you get use to it I'll bet you'll be a regular visitor to this thread.

Now join one of the several conversations already about.

Don't you ever get tired of explaining your choice for best super car?  You seriously only need to be a member of this forum for a couple of weeks before you've seen every question.  Then they just roll over.
