Yeah op I agree! I never put turbo on my muscle cars or super cars...just isn't right. I wish they weren't all the same generic sound. For example the Sultans turbo, it should way louder!

I completed my collection : Voodoo, Picador, Vigero, Bucaneer, and the Sabre.

In all of them, only the Picador, Sabre and Voodoo have the turbo on.Else, just engine 4 and trans 4. I'm in love with my garage, even if I do have a chrome Turismo.

Because a Cadillac from 1928 can have a turbo. Rockstar, that makes so much sense. :sarcasm:

What about a supercharger? Same stats and at the same price as the turbo, if they want to be lazy about it.

I was just about to say that
GTA V needs superchargers

The Exemplar is super charged by default, but its so damn quiet.

(Fun fact: the Irish Mob Contender in GTA IV is super charged and you can actually hear it.)

YES! just remove it, or make it optional! can't stand that high frequent noise on ALL cars, and since u want to have the fastest option its just really on every car.

FWIW, a supercharger's whine isn't going to be much different than a turbo's whine, the only thing that makes it off is the blow off valve (Pff-ish!) noise.

I'd like to see that applied alot less often, really. There's alot of cars its jarring on. The aforementioned Bullet sounds excellent with a turbo tuning whine up til the pop of its BOV. The Rebel sounds like a VVT turbo spooling up right until it makes that awful noise.

Also, I had to look up "turbo flutter." That's awful. I never thought I'd heard something more obnoxious than kids in sh*tty subarus with BOVs until that moment.

I was stubborn like many here about putting turbos on my muscle cars. Perhaps the video above, worlds fastest Camaro that has a twin turbo will sway you like it did me. Turbos on all my muscle cars now.

The turbo was used in aircraft in the 20's I believe, and there's no reason you couldn't mod an older vehicle to use a turbo.

I personally like the sound of a turbo, every time I hear the BOV I smile, but at the same time I don't always use it on muscle cars.  No reason not to put it on supers though, IMO, even the Bullet, based off of a Ford GT, uses a supercharged motor IRL.

The turbo's pretty much ruin every engine sound. Which already aren't that great to begin with. And on bikes, where it would IMO be fun to have that turbo sound, they didn't add it. f*cking R* logic.

I was so disappointed when I put a turbo on my Bati :(

I reckon most of the engines dont sound bad at all. and the only bad sound the turbo makes is the bov noise IMO

Not all turbos whistle crazy loud like they have in the game. Supercars/Sports that rev really high should have less of a turbo sound. I agree...it is silly having it be as loud as it is with most cars, and muscle cars.......nothing more to say that what you guys have already said.

Wheelies for muscle cars.....I agree with, but first we need more of them. At LEAST give us the Dukes ffs.

The Bucaneer kinda looks like the Dukes if you mod it a bit.
