First of all i would like to say a few things before i start talking about the concept!
1.This is my first one so it might need lots of improvement
2.Also my english is not very good so sorry about that

THE SETTING OF THE GAME
The game sets in the other part of SA: San Fierro, Tierra Robada, Bone County and Las Venturas. The game sets after Grand Theft Auto V in 2015.

13pyYYx.jpg

The map is about 3-5 times the one in GTA V. There is not any roads (except the bridges) or businesses, shops etc shown on the map but it is just for you to see the basic layout of the map.

Areas in the map
San fierro
San fierro is another capital of crime in San Andreas. Even though there are Triads, The mafia, The Loco Cartel, and a few small street gangs, there are some places with a minimal amount of crime.

Doherty
Doherty is a place you want to move if you don't have too much money to spend and if you are willing to take the 10% risk of getting in the middle of a gang shooting. Apart from the fact the Mexican street gang called San Fierro Rifa, its a nice place to live. It even has a mall with about 10 businesses.

Kings & Queens
Kings and Queens are about the same as Doherty, just without that much criminality, but they both are pretty near the Rifa's territory, so there is still a risk being in a gang shooting.

Garcia
Garcia is Rifa's territory also. But they do not commit that many crimes in the area. Garcia has a few apartment buildings and businesses.

Paradiso
Paradiso might be the most dangerous neighborhood in San Fierro (of course downtown has more criminality, cause its bigger). There is lots of drug business in Paradiso, the dealers are mostly members of The Rifa.

City Hall
City Hall is a small area where you can find the City Hall of course and FIB offices.

Ocean Flats
Ocean Flats a neighborhood with a lot of nice houses. The beach is also nearby so you can get there fast. Only problem is that the street gang called ''Flats Boyz'' is operating in there, but they usually leave you alone if you are not any harm to them.

Santa Flora & Calton Heights
These both are very nice and peaceful areas to live. There is a minimal amount of crime in there. Santa Flora has mostly apartments and houses but in Calton Heights you can find a few businesses.

Chinatown
Chinatown is fully controlled by Triads. The most of it's population is Chinese.
The Triads don't control that many areas so they try to keep it as their own. If they see a rival gang member there most likely they will shoot.

Downtown
This is the place with all the businesses, public services, hotels etc.
Any gang does not control the area but lots of robberies, drug deals etc. is happening there.

North Coast & Esplanade
The areas controlled by The Mafia, but usually everybody in the neighborhood know each other so they are friendly to each other. Most of the population in the areas are Italian Americans, which means that you can find lots of services like Italian restaurants and cafes. If an enemy gang tresspassing the area, The Mafia does not hesitate to shoot.

Easter Basin
The main docks of San Fierro. Lot of cargo is coming here and in The Esplanade.Legal and illegal. There is also apartments you can find in there, and the train station.

Battery Point
In Battery point you can find clubs, bars etc. If you are walking here alone at night, most likely you will get robbed.

Missionary Hills
This is the place of the rich people. The few mansions what are in San Fierro will be found here.

Saint Woods
Even though this area is far from the main area of San Fierro, it still counts as the same city. It is a small town with a trailer park and a camping area. Also The Lost are operating here.

Tierra Robada
This is a small countryside area with only a one city: Bayside. Bayside is a pretty peaceful with a marina town but sometimes The Cobras are making trouble there. Also in Tierra Robada you can find The Bayside Military.

Bone County
Bone County is a desert area between Fierro and Venturas. The Cobras are operating here, but TLAD is trying to take up their territory.

Las Brujas
A ghost town, now turned in to a trailer park and a tourist location.

El Castillo Del Diablo
A desert area with some hills, mountains and ghost towns. No population here.

Verdant Meadows
The ''capital'' of Bone County. Here you can find few towns, trailer parks, and airstrips. The Cobras' headquarters is also found here.

Las Venturas
You eather get rich or get poor. Even though Venturas feels like a safe and a paradise to live in, there is still crime behind lots of things there. For example The Triads, Loco Cartel, and The Ancelotti Family.

Characters

Here is a list of all the characters who play an important role in the game

Antonio ''Tony'' Latori
The protagonist in the game. Tony was born in Southern Italy, but was forced to move in America with his uncle. He is 27 years old. Tony is a very short-tempered guy especially, when it comes to his family and friends. For Tony, killing a person isn't difficult. Tony is a full member of The San Fierro Mafia, even though he has not been a one for long he still has lot's of advantages. Tonys look is similiar with Chris Moltisanti from The Sopranpos and Tommy Vercetti. When Tony was a young he was always making trouble. Starting fights, skipping school etc. He became very feared in school, because of his Mafia connections.
Vehicles: Albany Primo

Francesco ''Frank'' Latori
Frank is Tony's uncle, and a full member of The Mafia, even though he is not involved in anymore, but he gives his nephew advice. He immigrated in The USA alone in 1971 when he was 21 years old. At some point he met the upcoming boss of SFM (San Fierro Mafia) and they started working together.

Mary Latori
Tony's sister who is 24 years old. She has an Italian restaurant in North Coast called ''DiLatori''. He doesn't like the way that Tony is living but she has to accept it. Tony can get really mad if someone is harassing her. One thing what annoys Mary is that sometimes coke deals is happening in the backroom of her restaurant.

Brian Latori
Frank's son and Tony's and Marys cousin who lives in Las Venturas working for The Ancelotti Family. Her mother who was american and Frankie divorced in 1992 and they moved in Venturas. Her mother Sarah O'Neil died in a car accident in 2012. Brian has a special skill for stealing cars and has made a living with it. Like Tony he is very hot headed but does not act as violent as Tony.
Vehicles: Convertible Albany Manana (Brian steals this car when he is introduced in the game)

Tommy Lucini
Tony's best friend. Even though he plans the jobs he does with Tony, if something goes wrong in the end he is a more of a coward than Tony. He is also a part of The SFM. His look is similiar with Bobby from Brooklyn Rules.
Vehicles: Albany Emperor, Vapid Speedo

Enzo Lucini
Tommy's cousin who moved in SF from Italy not too long ago. He is usually hanging out with Bobby & Tony and doing jobs with them.

Johnny Di Blanco
Johnny is the boss of SFM. He is 62 years old and he owns a bar in North Coast. Suspiciosly the bar is closed oftenly because of ''private functions''. His parents immigrated from Italy in 1930. Some point at 1975-1985 he became the boss of SFM.
Vehicles: Vapid Stanier

Vince Caldoterra
Vince is a full member of SFM. He is often spending time with Johnny. His duties are usually loan sharking and ''taking care'' of people who make trouble to the mafia.

Edward ''Ed'' Rossi
Even though Ed is not a full member of SFM he manages lot of the cocaine business with Tony. He shares a similiar look with Claude from GTA III.

Larry Green
Larry is a member of the African-American gang: Flatz Boyz. He also owns money to a former Ballas OG called ''Lil Dave''. Later on the game Tony recruits him into his crew.

Lil Dave
Former Ballas OG, now a crack dealer in San Fierro. Even if he lives in San Fierro he has connections to the Ballas. Tony meets Davey and starts doing jobs for him. He is known for giving very small cuts, and thats why Tony decides to whack him later on the game.
Vehicles: Cheval Picador

Joe Ancelotti
After The Ancelotti family became the most powerful one in LC they decided to open a casino in Venturas. Joe is the cousin of Gracie Ancelotti and he runs the business in Venturas.

Diego Flores
One of the leaders of Loco Cartel. He is the boss of San Fierro Rifa. He immigrated from Mexico in 2001.

Rodrigo Santos
He is Diego's bodyguard and a muscle in The Rifa. He doesn't hesitate to kill someone and often asks Diego a permission to kill. Immigrated from Mexico in 2009.

Fabiano Santano
Another leader of The Loco Cartel. He immigrated from Cuba in 1990.

Martin Madrazo
Associate of The Loco Cartel. He has his own cartel in Los Santos but they are allies.

Marino Combini
The main antagonist in the game. His father (Giuseppe Combini) killed Tonys father (Enrico Latori). Marino is 42 years old and living in Italy. Even though Enrico was killed long time ago Giuseppe sworn a vendetta to the Latori family.

Mr Wang
He is the leader of The Triads in San Andreas. He lives in Las Venturas and manages all the biggest businesses and operations, but leaves the rest for underbosses. Very little is known about him and he likes to keep it that way.

Spence Northland
Spence is the leader of The Lost in the other part of San Andreas. Because the club is not being that succesful anymore Spence have become desperate and is not happy with a lot of things. Still he sometimes manages to make a lot of money and keep the gang up.

WANTED SYSTEM
In this games wanted system there is 5 stars. At one star you will have 2-4 cars after you. If you manage to shoot the drivers you are out of their sight, and they will send more units and if the other units spot you, then you cant evade them so easily. At 1 and 2 stars you get police cruisers on you. At 3 and 4 you get police SUVs, Swat team, helicopters and roadblocks also. At 5 you get the FIB too. If you are in Tierra Robada or Bone County and you have 5 stars, The Bayside Military will be after you.

SHOOTING
When you aim, you automatically lock on the nearest target. You can move the gun with the stick and aim to different parts of the target (leg, arm, head). If you hold the stick to the side, up or down enough it will change it to another target or remove the aim from the target.

INTERNET
Using the web you can buy several thing like cars, bikes and aircrafts. You can also access Lifeinvader and your email. Like in GTA V you can access the web with your phone. In this game there is no stocks.

Like in GTA V and San Andreas there are the skills in this game too.

Driving Skill: This skill tells how well you can drive cars, bikes and boats. You can improve this by using the vehicles.

Lung Capacity: How long you can dive. Improved by diving.

SAFEHOUSES

In this game you cant buy any safehouses, but three of them are obtained throughout the story.

An apartment in North Coast: You have this apartment in the start of the game. 1 bedroom, bathroom, small wardrobe and a kitchen. Next to the apartment building there is a alleyway where you can save 1 vehicle.

A house in Calton Heights: You get this house when you have completed 30-40% of the game. Johnny donates this house to you what he got with his ''connections''.This is a two-storey house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a big wardrobe. There is also a nice backyard with a garden. Also there is a garage where you can store 4 vehicles.

An old warehouse in Venturas: You get this place when you have completed 55% of the game. You ask Joe Ancelotti is there any place you can stay so he gives you this. There is 1 bedroom, bathroom, and a small wardrobe. There is also a garage where you can save 2 vehicles.

In the safehouses you can watch TV, use a computer and drink beer/wine/booze. Saving happens here by sleeping.

WAYS TO MAKE MONEY

There is a few other ways to make money than just missions. The most important one is owning businesses where you get your weekly income. You can also do burglaries and rob small gas stations and shops. You can also rob armoured trucks like in GTA V. You also get money from some activities, they are mentioned upper.

THE STORY

In 1981 Enrico Latori, Frank's brother and the father of Mary and Tony came to visit America to see his brother. In 1983 he met Claire Donati who was American-Italian, and Enrico liked that. They started dating and after a 2 years they got married. When Claire got pregnant in 1986 they moved back to Italy. Because Claire was american born, Tony learned english very young. After a few years they had another child: Mary. In 1990 Enrico got trouble in the mafia and got killed. The Latori Family was forced to move in San Fierro where Francesco lived. When Tony was about 17 his mother died in cancer and Tony and Mary moved in  with their uncle. Now when he is 27 years old, a made man in The SFM, he tries to make lots of money and SFM the head of crime in San Andreas.

MISSIONS

There are different type of missions in this game. There are ones you need to help your family, handle your duties for The SFM and all that kind of things. There is also a few robbery missions but you dont get even near that much money like in GTA V.

First Mission: Prologue/Around The Block

A cutscene is shown: 1981, San Fierro

You see Enrico getting out of a cab and going to see his brother.

Enrico: Francesco! Mi fratello!

Frank: Ciao! Its been a long time my brother!

Enrico: Che? I don't really speak inglese!

Frank: Ha ha ha! Try to learn! This is America!

Enrico: Capito.

Frank: Andiamo, to my apartment! We have lot of things to talk about.

You can see Frank and Enrico driving away and the cutscene ends.

1 year later Enrico meets Claire Donati. After dating for 2 years, they get married. In 1986 Claire gets pregnant and the couple moves back to Italy.

Cutscene:

1992, South Italy.

Enrico says to Tony: Io ritorno Antonio. If i don't return, take care of Mary.

Claire: Enrico!? Where are you going?

Enrico: To take care of business.

Claire: Okay.. Be back soon!

Cutscene shows Enrico walking to an alley with a briefcase.

Giuseppe: Ciao Enrico. Tu hai mioi soldi?

Enrico: Si. Here.

Giuseppe: Ha ha ha. Ucciderlo!
'
*Giuseppe's men start to shoot Enrico and he dies*

Enrico is lying dead on the ground and the cutscene ends.

Cutscene: 24 years later, San Fierro

A helicopter view is showed while the theme is playing. The view goes from bayside to a Burger Shot in Doherty.

Tony kicks the door open from the inside and goes outside and says: sh*t! That food tastes sh*t anyways..
Tommy walks near Tony and says: Heyy! Tony, why you so mad eh?
Tony: I got banned, but whatever i get free meals from my sisters restaurant.
Tommy: Yeah, so you wanna hang out or something?
Tony: Sorry man, im really tired. Seriosly.
Tommy: Alright, but you gonna give me a ride home, and i have a job we could do tomorrow night if you have time.
Tony: Ill give you a ride. But we need to visit my uncle first. Lets go

You get to control Tony and you get an objective what tells you to get in your car. Then you get another objective: Drive to Calton Heights where your uncle lives. During the trip Tommy and Tony are having a conversation

Tony: So whats that job you were talking about?
Tommy: Oh, that one. Yeah this house in Santa Flora. Really easy. They are away during the night time and only one there is the housekeeper, and we just knock that putan out!
Tony: Ou yeah? Really easy? Like last time? Whatever, so whats the take?
Tommy: You know there's a TV, a blender, and some other sh*t. Its about 200-1000 depending how fast we do it.
Tony: OK, im in.
Tommy: So why you got to visit yo uncle anyways?
Tony: His computer broke and i got a take a look on it.
Tommy: Alright.

When you have droven to Frank's house there is a cutscene:

Frank: Antonio! Come stai, come stai?
Tony: Bene. *Tony and Frank hugs*
Tony: So the computer, what's wrong with it?
Frank: Oh yeah, the computer i found out it really wasnt broke, im just, err not very good with these things.
Tony: Ha ha!
Frank: But hey, go give your sister a visit she might need a helping hand in something. She's really busy with the restaurant.
Tony: I will. But i got to get some sleep first.
Frank: Okay, go get some sleep! Sleep is important.
Tony: Alright then. See you later Uncle.
Frank: Bye!

*Cutscene shows Tony getting in his car where Tommy is waiting*

Tommy: Well that didnt take long.
Tony: Yea, my uncle found out that it wasn't the computer what was broke. I think it was his brains.
Tommy: Ha ha! I can believe that. Drive me to my place.

You take control of the player and get an objective: Drive Tommy to his place in Esplanade.

When you have droven at Tommy's place there is a small cutscene:

Tommy: Come see me tomorrow for that job!
Tony: I will Tommy, see you then.
Tommy: And get some new clothes too! Or a haircut would be nice too!
Tony: f*ck you tommy!
Tommy: Hah hah!

Now you need to drive to your place in The North Coast. When you are at your place, there is a text saying: This is your safe house. You can save and change clothes here. Park any vehicle in the alleyway and it will be saved. You can always find Tony's primo in front of the building.

Now you can go save your game, change clothes etc. Or you can go explore the city or get another mission.
Your starting money is: 50$

REWARD: Mission from Tommy unlocked, Mission from Mary unlocked, Tattoo parlors, Barber shops and clothing shops unlocked.

The Lost And Damned

Description: A biker gang operating in San Andreas. Because their former leader Johnny was killed they had to move out of Bone County. Now they are in Saint Woods trying to take up Verdant meadows.

Operations/Businesses: Robberies, Car theft, Methamphetamine

Amount Of Members: 40-60

Leader: Spence Northland

The name of the gang is "The Lost", not "The Lost and Damned".

Also, I'd change the color of the text, since grey-on-dark-blue isn't that easy on the eyes.

Thank you, i changed it. What do you think about the whole concept?

The text is still kinda hard to read. Why not make it the default text color? Everyone loves that. They love it so much that they made it the default text color on the forum

Not from me at least. My only quirk was the text color. You should post it in the creators lounge though, ask what they think

As a matter of fact, I do...
This concept looks like it has a lot of potential; but it has a lot of problems, too.
The first being the map. You said the map was about the size of GTA V, but the problem here is from what GTA V showed us of San An, having San Fierro and Las Venturas both with result in a giant ass map, at least 10 times the size of San An. So what you can do is maybe inflate the map from this size. Also, many believe LV and NV's parody in the HD Universe to be not SA or in SA (since HD was pretty comprehensive when it came to place names), that one's your choice, though. The other problem with the map the locations. This one looks like it is based off of Nth SA in GTA SA. Unless you did that because you liked that setting and wanted to improve it by adding your own twist to it, I could suggest taking inspiration from real-life North California and Nevada. Rockstar has been doing it since IV, so why bother? That said, The San Fierro Bay area could get a major facelift. Add cities like Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, etc. A lot of crime goes on in the bay area (I don't exactly know what kind, you can look it up on the net) and in that particular case (and my first suggestion), I could suggest that you remove Venturas from this map. Just San Fierro, and the bay imagine four cities the size of LS in a map the size of V; it would have a perfect city-to-country ratio to it. Also, 2014 is a bit too early for a spin-off (what it probably is). You may want to set 2015 or 2016 for it. Though there is always a tendency among people about always including the lost and how they moved, from what we learn from V (or all i've read) is that the lost were finished after Trevor, well, you know what I mean.
For a better logo, request for one in the GFX and Tutorials forum. That's concepts 101. Read the 'Creating a concept' topic.
For the moment, that's about it.
P.S.: I wouldn't double post like that if I were you. It might end up your topic getting locked.

Yes i know there is lots of problems, but will try to make it better. But isn't Vegas and Francisco smaller than LA? So maybe it would be like 3-4 times the GTA V map? And yes i made the locations after GTA SA, because i thought that it fitted in the story. And If someone could tell me about The Bay area i would be really pleased, because i dont really know lot about it. And yes maybe it is a good idea to change the time i will do that. And i think The Lost fits in the story, so should i just make them more weaker? Or should it be another gang?

Thank you for your feedback i really appreciate it! And sorry for my bad english again.

It's all right if your english isn't that good, i've seen worse...
The Lost are already crippled enough to break down anytime, It's a better idea to include a different biker gang, something based out of San Francisco or California.
If you do think that the SA locations fitted, then it's all good with the map. But either way, the size has to be bigger. Bigger from V. 3-4 times is much better, but then you have to work on the countryside. Bone County wouldn't be a problem, seeing as many people like ginormagantic deserts, but for Whetstone and the area around SF you'll have to be careful.
I am no expert, but here's all I know about the bay:
3 cities surround the bay, San Fran, Oakland and San Jose. We know where Frisco is, Oakland is to the east of San Francisco by the east shore of the bay (where Tierra Robada was in SA), San Jose is a bit to the south of SF, along the south shore of the bay. And Sacramento is far to the north, by the Sacramento River. Which, along with the San Joaquin River, falls to the north of the bay. Sacramento is untouched by the bay. There is not much else to the north coast of the bay, just country and a few towns. If Tierra Robada is included, it must start from the east of the valley of the San Joaquin and Sacramento Rivers (Can't remember what its called). Palo Alto, from what I know, is around somewhere near south SF and North SJ. For now that's all I remember. Vegas and Frisco may be smaller than LA, but in the GTA universe a lot of stuff is a bit screwed up anyway, so, maybe make them a little smaller. 5 cities are still good.
Seeing as it's a modern day concept, I could suggest involving the Silicon Valley. If I were to make something like this I would set it in 1977, though. Much better for the criminal element, but modern-day is your choice.
The Radio Stations... I just noticed. Too many from Southern CA. If it's set in the North part, the names should be more innovative and fit-to-the-setting. Something like 'Bayside Beats', 'Radio Las Venturas', 'Sandy Sounds', 'V-Rock west'... Think about them.

So if i would add a new location to the map, but not delete any what are would you suggest? And it does not have to be the whole location, i was thinking of adding the north part of San Jose. If this is a good idea do you have any name suggestions? I thought that it could be called San Alvito? Or just Alvito if it even makes sense.

And yes if you or anyone could help me with the radio stations i would be thankful.

And these ones are not included in this setting:

-East Los Fm

-Vinewood Boulevard Radio

-Blaine County Talk Radio

And yes, what biker gang would you suggest? And i added a bit better logo too.

And i was thinking to add a prison to the map, let me have you guys opinions would that be good.

If you want a prison to the map, the first choice should be Alcatraz. Any random prison in Bone County wouldn't be so bad either. As for a biker gang, the Angels of Death would be very fitting to the setting. Hells Angels, the real gang they're based on, are the most prominent biker gang in California. Something based off East Bay Dragons could work too, though I don't know if they're even functional in the modern day. I don't have anything on names, that's all upto you. If you want radio stations, ask for help in the Creators Lounge and see if anybody's interested.
It's your concept, not mine, man. Mix your own thoughts, ideas and everything else that you want for it. If anything is wrong in it, it'll come to you however it does.

I like the ideas but the map needs improvement. I am not just talking about the presentation but the overall layout itself. And the rest of the concept could also use some headers and a  better use of color coding.

Yes im going to improve the ideas and i have made a new map too. The new map i made is not really that detailed but there is a new area and colors too. BTW, i really like your Brothers In Blood concept. I would really love that if rockstar would make a mafia based GTA in these new graphics and stuff.

And please, people who have the rights to delete this topic please do it.

Me like!, me like a lot!!. San Fierro + Las Venturas always gets a like from me but in my opinion it should be set in the 70's.

(I map 5 times the size of gta5 would be more than big enough for the whole state of San Andreas. Probably even 3-3.5 times the size would cover it.)

Oh im glad to hear you like it! Im going to improve it, and post a whole new topic. And i chose modern day because when i created the story in my mind i pictured it that way, and i cant picture it any other way im sorry. And yes the map is about 3 times the one in gta5. You will see the new changes when i post it again.

70's San Fierro would be interesting but I also think modern day would be pretty cool too. SF is still relevant today and Rockstar could invent some criminal enterprises to go with it. Like it could be the center of Drug trafficking for San Andreas. Or it could be a human trafficking center or something.

axee123, it's great that you want to improve your topic, but you do not need a new thread. Just edit the details of your OP to include the changes you intend to make.
