Give me exactly where they said ON PAR and I'm taking my hat off.If a game is marketed as having customisation "on par with Midnight Club: Los Angeles", is it not fair to expect customisation on-par with Midnight Club: Los Angeles?Riiight, because GTA V was ALL about car customisation and not anything else, and because 7th gen consoles TOTALLY don't have any limitations!judas so he can teach r* how to do vehicle customisation that isn't low quality shallow sh*te.
OT: I'd say Packie or Niko.

How the f*ck could we have Cole? A, the game was set in the f*cking 40's, and B,

I don't think that the people who chose Niko are very bright. Lester said that Niko went quiet, which means that he stopped his life of crime.
Ever heard about Michael Townley and John Marston? They both left crime life and ending up returning into it, so...
Michael didn't leave crime, he just tried to avoid it. And from what I remember, John had unfinished business to take care of. (Haven't played RDR in a while).

Already been so wisely said, a woman. But i will say it again. A strong female lead would be an excellent addition to GTA. Bonnie Mcfarlane was a pretty hardcore lady on horseback, with her old lever action in RDR. We could use a modern day version. Being GTA it will be generally more satirical, less positive too, but it still would be awesome to play as a chick.

Niko could be trying to avoid it too, Michael was retired for 10 years, 10 years without commiting crimes as far as we know. John left the outlaw life to have a family with Abigail,

Who would be in the crew, alongside Michael, Franklin and Trevor?
Lamar Davis

Well. Out of these I'd want Johnny Klebtiz. However, I'd want a new protag if there had to be a 4th. Which I wouldn't want a 4th protag since I'd rather there have only been one protagonist in the game.

Cole Phelps, Max Payne, Judas and probably Marston all exist in different universes. But from the choices we were given I chose Johnny. It would have been interesting if instead of killing Johnny Trevor just made him his little bitch and forced him to work for him in order to pay down his debts.

No sh*t, dude. I thought John Marston is actually going to ressurect, get into a time machine, transfer himself into 2013, and start robbing banks with the trio.
I made the poll just for stupid fun.

"The customization doesn't end with character progression. The Pay & Spray businesses that used to serve as a quick way to fix up your car and get a new paintjob are now full custom shops. Rockstar says players can tweak both performance and aesthetics at a level on par with Midnight Club: Los Angeles."

I still didn't expect anything better, the customisation was still decent.
And, well, there are more vehicles in V.

Partially? No, I win, full stop.
I don't care if it's "decent" or that GTAV has more vehicles. R* said on par with MCLA so we should have got on par with MCLA. Nothing more, nothing less.
Well, technically you just have a Gameinformer article that is giving hearsay supposedly from Rockstar. Ever played the telephone game in school? Things can change when repeated without an exact quote.
Also, "on par with" does not mean "exactly like."

I feel Lester would of made an action-packed 4th character....Imagine the endless hours of rolling down the highways in a "Jetpack Wheelchair" It'd be amazing! And playing the Merryweather Heist as him! Breaking out of a hospital nearly naked would be a thrill! All in all, Rockstar screwed up...The had a FULL potential for a TRUE action packed game....Way to go Rockstar....Or should I say CROCKSTARRRR! GET IT?!!!!!
Posted 13 April 2014 - 03:39 AM
A potato... It would have more depth than the three current protags combined.
