San Andreas Sky Revolution v2.1
Since there's many bug in V2, I decided to make the v2.1 ones, which is more realistic and fixing many bug.
Firstly looking this mod, what you'll got with this mod?
SASR giving you more realistic sky, lights, static and dynamic reflection and as alternative to you to improve your GTA SA graphic than use ENB Series

What's difference with other timecyc mod?

-Makes your GTA SA more illuminated
-Many draw distance option which you can choose than edit it manually
-Fixes many bug such as Blackroads, flickering, etc.
-Full new particle and mixed
-All timecycles even unused like extracolor is modified
-You can choose the version you like to install, the choice is yours, lag or not this mod on your GTA SA is depending how high or low your PC/laptop specs

Full list feature
*More illuminated
*Great reflection on peds and vehicles
*Fixing many bugs
*New water colour and texture
*New underwater colour (more like GTA V)
*Amazing bloom effects from colormod by Ryosuke
*Peds shading effects from Normal map by Ryosuke
*Improve dynamic and static effects
*Alternative if can't use ENB Series
*Fully compatible with ENB Series
*New clouds texture (more like GTA V)
*Mixed particle from another particle mods:
-Aures new effects and more v7.0 by Aures
-Overdose Effects's particle v1.4 by Function-X
-New particle and best effect by Armin
I can only give them credit because it's really hard to contact them for permission include their mod
*Enable hidden lights such as: helicopter, plane especially Shamal and some skyscraper and building

For more information you can read the readme in the archive.

You already have a god damn thread for this mod, why do you need to create a new one for a new version? Makes no god damn sense.

Wow, nice! It's very subtle, which doesn't ruin the immersion (which I love :D). Where did you get that car in the first picture?

Addon? More like a bug in SA's engine.
When the SprBght in the timecycle is over 1.0,the colors of the lamp coronas are random,so yeah, not really an addon.

Well, I don't know that's a bug, due that bug, I interested to share it, because maybe there's no one mod similar like this, I'm still new in timecyc modding :/

I honestly don't see a point for creating another thread for... Another version of a mod? It makes sense why you're supposed to have such priviledge, can you find another mod which has two topics, or more? Large mods, VCSPC for example, use the same topic from the very beginning to the end. They at least bring some content in between large releases.

Another thing I want to ask, if you don't want to break the immersion of the game, why are you including Colored Lamps add-on? There are already timecycles out there which try to use that bug to their advantage, but it doesn't make sense. Even the fading effect which happens between different times won't properly fade those colored lamps, but instead those colors just 'pop' in there.

And mind asking, but why... Why there are several "modified" stream.ini-files? Half of the changes you've made in those aren't even used in the game, and the rest are for Deji's StreamIniExtender, which I doubt you ever got permission for. I also want to criticise the way the archive is "built". There must be at least ten timecycles in that one archive, with only draw distance changed? There's also a setting for changing draw distance in game options, it might be easier to use than change through different files.

Oh and what's with the huge quotes?

I want to make some different things which isn't available in other timecyc mods, so I've included many folder which has draw distance changed in order it can be easily installed than edit it manually :)
EDIT:
The modified stream.ini with Stream Ini Extender is for increasing the quality of game such as more peds and cars appear on street, etc. It also to improve performance but decrease the quality of game such as remove blur, bottom clouds, etc. I'm also realise the blur effect is also very affect the performance and I think there's no one mod which can disable the blur effects except Stream Ini Extender.

You are wrong.

I think you shouldn't overload this mod with 3rd party plugins (colormod, normalmap, StreamIniExtender, StreamMemFix) because it's already modpack. Also there's too many versions. I'd include 'normal' files (timecyc.dat & particle.txd that you're using and find the best) into "Copy into GTA SA folder". Rest stuff goes to some "extra" folder. So instead of 11 folder you'll get 3 ("Copy into GTA SA folder", "extra", "Screenshots").

As for mod itself, I like what I see on screenshots, good work!

Well, my english is seems not too good. :sly: Ok, I'm understand what you mean, you're advise me to not make the Stream Ini Extender, Colormod, Normal map and Stream Memory Fix in order become one pack again or mod pack, isn't it?
By the way I'm accept your idea in order I make the extra folder inside ''Copy into GTA SA folder''. In the next version, I'll reduce the folders and only 4 folders contain in the archive, that is: Extra, Copy into GTA SA folder, Screenshots and Timecyc data :^:.
Thank you so much for the idea, suggestion and comment! :) :D
