It could be possible i believe, but the mod would probably be able to read and play missions, not design them.

In theory it should be possible. The only downside would be that the MPACK feature is something that only the PC version has as far as I know. It was meant for DLCs. So for DYOM to work it should be scripted in CLEO which is quite different and also limits the possibilities I suppose. But if you drop the designing and only have the ability to play the mission, it isn't as impossible as it sounds.

But then again, this is just a theory.

You design them on your PC and you could play on both your PC and Android.

I don't think that would work out. The files are completly different from PC and android.
