Cos he's a damn greedy ass douche.

Hey mechanic guy I got dis little scratch here from some asshole NPC that didn't know how to stop at a red light. Mechanic say ok that will be about 350$...wtf? Ok well I guess if that's what it costs...

Next time: hey mechanic guy I kinda got involved in a 20 minute police pursuit and as you can see there are literally no removable pieces left on my car, I'm skating on my rims, I got more bullet holes than I can count, and it shoots black smoke out da pipes...ok the mechanic say that will be 400$...

What? ...smh.

I actually didn't know you could kill him. But yeah, killing him for not having "Johnny on the Spot" aka "Free weapon exercise" arrive with your car, is a valid reason. Someones got to pay for what LSC did to us.

I do once in a while just to be a dick. Why wouldnt you kill the mechanic? That bastard overcharges compared to what he charges Mike, Trevir, and Frank.

In the eyes of the typical GTA player, anything that can be killed or destroyed MUST be killed or destroyed. It's as if they have to do it subconciously.

I once managed to kill the train with just two sticky bombs!

Sadly that was the first and only time I've managed to kill the train, despite previous and further attempts.
