I was wondering what the Cell Phone Cheat Number is for

• Police Cars
• Police SUV's, and regular SUV's
• Trucks

I have a List of the Vehicles that i was wanting the Code for GTA IV Complete Edition with Gay Tony, Lost Diamond, and the GTA 4 part. This is the list of the Vehicles i would like to have the CODES for. (Please)

There are no cheat codes/numbers for those vehicles. If you want to spawn them, use Simple Native Trainer.

Not only that, but some of those vehicles aren't in the game in any shape or form.

I am Back. doesn't matter what it is I found more vehicles farther into the map. so I know there are Cheat Numbers for them.

You can't find it, because it's not stardard game vehicle. This police SUV is a mod made by some fan. Car on the first picture is Police Stingerm which is known for a long time. It's available only in Free Mode in TBoGT Multiplayer though.
