Max Payne 3 runs better on highest than IV on high. RAGE 3.x seems to be working well on PCs.

Max Payne 3 was well optimized in terms of performance but you can't compare it to an open world game. Max Payne 3 is not generating an entire city with a countryside, vehicle and pedestrian traffic that hog resources. All the engine is asked to generate is enemies in a highly detailed closed environment.

I know, just wondering :p the PC version will probably be more easier to port from, but we don't know yet because it's not out yet :(

Maybe if he actualizes the mod later, because there isn't any PC version files available :(

 

But it'll be a nice preview, playing GTA V map with decent car and handling psychics, not that childish GTA V car handling

Yeah, there's not one reason to edit the handling, but even if they were going to change it because of fan comments, they'd probably update all versions to add it. Just my 2 cents. Or pence 'cause british folk yo.

I think he mentioned he somewhat hits the RAM limits, so pretty unlikely it's doable for 32-bit systems.
