I have added some cars to gta and when I try to spawn them using the trainer, it says 'Invalid Model'. Is there anything that i'm doing wrong? I recently had to delete my saves due to a loading screen crash and the cars were working before then. I appreciate any help given. Thanks :)

Open your trainer.ini,  go to [AddedCars], set the Enable[car ID]= from 0 to 1.

I have already done that and they still are invalid.

I already did that when I added the cars. Is there any problem about me deleting my game saves? Is there anyone who can give me the right answer?

This problem is really annoying me so if someone can tell me an answer, I'll be very grateful.

I actually never had the problem before. If the Enable[Car ID] is already correct, check if the ModelName in the trainer is named correctly to the model that you installed.

Is it perhaps due to the fact that I deleted my saves? It was crashing at loading screen, so I had to delete them.

No, deleting saved games doesn't affect anything except loss of game saves data.

If your game crashes while loading the game, check if you installed the mod correctly (models, handling lines, vehicle.ide, and carcols are edited according to the readme). Most of the time, either you messed up the handling or the vehicles line of your modded car that cause the game to crash.

I think you wrote the wrong car name (model id) in trainer.ini ,find it on vehicles.ide
