Tell us about your favorite songs in GTA III and those which remind you the game the most, which were part of the atmosphere of Libert City.

For me it were mostly tracks from Head, Lips and Flashback 95.6.

I love listening to "Bump to the Music" while slaloming through rush hour in Staunton or Push it to the limit while intense police chases with my Banschee.

I also like "Rush Rush" from Debby Harry (Blondie ?), cool they put some Scarface soundtrack in the game.

I know the soundtrack in III gets a fair bit of hate for being mostly song written by Rockstar themselves. But Fade Away by Graig Grey is an amazing track, probably better than a lot of real comercialised songs.

But other than that, who can't say Push it to the Limit is one of the greatest tracks to come from a GTA game?

Songs from Flashback FM and Lips 106. Lucy-Forever reminded of the game most. I was done playing the game long time ago then one day this song struck me in the head calling me back to the world of liberty city.

Push it to the limit is my favorite and I like one of the double cleff songs too, I have no idea what it's called. The one that comes on right after the host says more hits from the 1760s.

La Donna E Mobile? Or something like that. I liked that one a lot too. I loved O Mio Babbino as well when it was on Double Cleff Fm. Those were two of my favorites. My absolute favorite would probably be something from Flashback. Either Push it to the Limit, or Rush Rush. Either or.

There was also a song I liked on Lips 106, but I have no idea what it is called.

Craig Gray - Fade away

Black Rob- By a Stranger

Sean Price - Rising to the top

III really had an amazing soundtrack and it's cool that R* actually created a lot of the songs for it I wonder if they will do something like that in the future again.

Back on topic.

I like most of the music in the game (maybe except for Game Radio and MSX, but they're not really my style).

If I were to single out most favorite ones, then here goes:

  • O Mio Babbino Caro
  • Joyride
  • Rush, Rush!
  • Push It To The Limit
  • Bump To The Music
  • Change

I really like "Change" by Conor and Jay, for some reason. I also like pretty much all of K-Jah.
