I noticed a common issue with some models I downloaded for peds, it happens mostly on their skin parts (arms/legs and sometimes even the face).

When they get to any kind of light source (sun or anything else) they have some kind of shadows, looks like it is a texture issue, but I'm wondering is it because I don't use an ENB mod? Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Maybe you're referring to bump maps? I'm not quite sure since I don't have some screenshots for reference, but my best guess would be the bump maps. If your custom ped models appear either too shiny or look weird and shadowy to you, you could try decreasing the power of bump maps by using this tutorial by ac.amir (http://gtaiv-skins.b...rtant-tips.html).
