In the middle of joining random missions I was doing Sinking Feeling, I'd driven on a bit further beyond the SUVs to kill the bad guys, but they wouldn't die!

I unloaded my AP Pistol right into their heads, all of them, they didn't react at all. Only when another player turned up and shot them did they turn round and start shooting and could die from the other players shots, my shots still had no effect.

What the hell is going on?

That mission glitched for me last night. We delivered the first SUV (well I did as my friend died) as I was driving back to the other one it said mission failed out of lives.

Maybe if you buy some cash cards your problems will wither away and die... Much like gta online...

Thanks for adding your not-at-all-relevant, not-at-all-helpful and not-at-all-clever "opinion" to this thread.

Just glitches.

I had a FIB agent once who wouldn't die no matter how many shotgun rounds I unloaded in his face.

I think it's lag. It's happened to me several times... Enemy npc who don't flinch or take damage. Every time it has happened there were more than 4 players in the mission.

Glitches aren't surprising really considering just how big the game is and how many elements in it have to work for things to run smoothly. Yesterday I griefed a wall glitcher griefer, I was watching them from my apartment tv and unintentionally by chance the 'remote viewing glitch' kicked in, so I was 'in the wall' with them but couldn't be seen and couldn't die and my guns couldn't kill them, but discovered RPGs work well...

Its lag... Lag does some strange sh*t.

Sometimes they take 50 head shots.  Sometimes you shoot them once and they go flying across the street.

I was freeroam fighting a lagged player the other day, man is that difficult, one moment they're a block away the next they're running you over!

This won't help you with the glitching but the secret to this mission is to actually get the SUVs and turn them around and take the subway tunnel to the left (right once you've turned around). That gets you to the surface alot quicker and about 1min drive from Lesters.

I love the 'stunt' lag.

My friend has stunt lag.  I think its his router that causes it.

Everytime i play with him bullets send NPC flying.  Bumping into NPC in cars vs cars sends cars flipping and flying.

And... non stop armored trucks

I've stumbled on that remote viewing glitch... its fun to kill all those cops and be an invincible wall lol.... even shot a guy with the rpg as well, if they log off when you're viewing them like that you become invincible and reappear in their place, and you don't have a player icon so you look like a crazy npc

A "lesser" version of this glitch appears in Teaser Trailer, a Lester mission.

It takes at least 2 heavy sniper shots to the head to kill the Merryweather agents who are guarding the cargo near the docks, but for some reason, the pursuing Merryweather folks take normal damage.

Edit : Got ninja'd. Dayum.
