Since you're interested in other freaky experiments all my jobs are here, and below are some selected ones:
BIGGEST RAMP - Trials 3
Get any vehicle up the stairway made of 40 floating ramps (easiest way with Sanchez). The 1st checkpoint is at the top. After you reach it you have to jump down and make a short lap around the airport. Play it as normal race or if you play with friends you can run it as TEAM GTA race with special condition - 1 guy with vehicle going through the checkpoints, the other one is on foot shooting at opponents (shooting allowed only at people on the ramp, only with RPGs). Rev 5.
This is a GTA Race III
Jump inside Fort Zancudo (above the tunnel), then jump out and return back, this time through the tunnel. Rinse and repeat. Forced vehicle: Entity XF; traffic: off; cops: on; fun: to the maximum! This is an alternate (third) version with all rocket power-ups removed and designed for Team GTA Race with 10-16 people.
Old Timers' Drive-by
TDM with Roosevelts, MGs and Pistols. Each team starts at a separate parking lot. Sniper spot in the middle.
This is NOT a car race. You have to RUN on foot. /// A well publicized, alleged effect of endorphins is the so-called -runner's high-, which is said to occur when people exercise so strenuously that their bodies reach the treshold of endorphins release.
Through the Blade
Motorcycle race which features 1 difficult jump flying through the wind turbine's blade. Turbo boost is not mandatory to make the jump. Revision 3. Enjoy!
Everybody starts unarmed at the top of the mountain. Take some bikes or quads then hit the ramp on top of the mountain and deploy your parachute. Choose from numerous landing spot types: sniper spots on the hills, helicopters and Combat MGs spots below and on top of the bridge. All respawn points are again at the top of the mountain (no weapons available there)
Tanks and Cargobobs. Each team starts at different airport. Fight in the air with Cargotanks or at ground level with RPGs, Combat MGs or Miniguns.
Grenades vs. Flying Cars
1st team starts on floating platform, armed with Grenade Launchers. If they fall from the platform they can climb back to obtain more ammo. 2nd team starts on ground level with absolutely no weapons (besides some sticky bombs). Their goal is to use the cars and jump through the ramps and hit the guys camping on the platform. Almost all further spawn points are on ground level, therefore no other weapons. If all provided cars are blown up - take extra from the traffic nearby. Rev. 5
Tanks vs. RPGs II
4 teams deathmatch - 3 teams with RPGs on the rooftop and 1 team starts with tanks on ground level. Lots of RPGs and some Buzzards. Further spawn points only on the rooftops safe away from the tanks. Sawed-off shotgun equipped as forced weapon for close range battles. This is the 4th revision. Enjoy!
Most of my jobs (around 70) are some freaky experiments, creative stuff. Most of them doesn't turn out to have high replay value, but there are few which became instant hits
The most recent one (and I believe the most rare concept I used in a DM) is:
Snipers VS. Flying Cars

Their goal is to use the cars and jump through the ramps and hit the snipers camping on the platform. Almost all further spawn points are on ground level, therefore no other weapons. Played Sniper vs Flying cars today, and it was great fun bro ! I recorded so I'll post a video in the coming days.
