That's understandable. Thanks for answering my questions.

Is Patch 5 ever going to happen? There are still a load of technical issues with this game...

I'm worried that ACV is being handled by the same team that made Watch Dogs

I thought Watch Dogs was a great game. I've never understood the unjust hate that game gets. I know people were pissed that the graphics weren't as pretty at E3. But if you look past this and get over that fact, you can appreciate the game for its design, mechanics, gameplay, innovation, and atmosphere. It's probably one of my favourite games of 2014.

So I've been playing this game on and off for awhile now and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoy it. It does have its quirks, but I like it.

It has managed to keep my interest so far, and despite the cliched story I find myself going back to play it some more.

My only gripe is having to unlock abilities that were the staple of the series since the first AC. Graphics look great, performance is kinda sh*t. This game eats up vram like cookie monster relapsing after rehab.

Simply turning down the AA settings from MSAA to FXAA gives me a more stable and playable framerate (40-60 fps) with everything else on Ultra, but it does dip to the 30-20s and cause lag occasionally. I haven't encountered too many bugs (this is on Patch 5 btw). Some really weird and funny glitches here and there but the game seems improved from how it was at release.

If my PC does this well against Unity then I'm no longer worried about my performance if ACV turns out the same. I mean...there's no way they could make it any worse than ACU... right?

I'm quite interested as to where they're going with this now... The baristsu thing (cane combat as a martial art) or what ever it started around the 1900's as a British thing so I can only assume it takes place in Victorian England, that or the main character is from England. Maybe something to do Ireland and Britain forming the UK?

Anyway, if it is set in the late 1800's/early 1900's then I wouldn't be surprised to see some Sherlock Holmes stuff shoved in somewhere.

That's what interests you? What interests me is we can clearly see last gen systems also listed with current gen ones!

And the reason that interests me is because it looks like Ubi is trying to do a job on Activision by releasing their showpiece on both consoles whilst Activision is only doing current gen systems.

Then again, they might be revealing a few assassin's creed games. One for current gen, one for last gen and one for the WiiU.

Interesting, if it truly is called "Syndicate" maybe they made some adjustments and I might actually want to pick it up. The details I had heard about "Victory" didn't warrant any interest from me.

The protagonist is named Jacob Frye. This is the first man who came to my mind when I saw that name.

I finally picked this game up last week. The improvements to the free running a sword play are very nice.

I'm not a giant fan of the hidden blade being made so passive, but I will admit that it does make combat flow more smoothly.

I had to make Arno look more classic the first chance I got. I wasn't digging the blue.

This video kinda explain historical innacuracies in AC:Unity. Wish that they at least did that part right.
