Interesting, it depends on the car really. I change my entity quite a lot but my Bati will always be chrome and Jester will always be matte orange.

I just got bored of all my cars being matte black so I'm painting them with more interesting colours.

I change certain ones ocassionally but usually I find the color that fits best and stick to it. I could make every car black and be happy with that but it makes for a dull garage. I mostly go with basic red, yellow, or black.

Depends on the car. My Elegy and Baller both dark purple both with dark gold rims at first but now my Elegy has black rims with the dual custom writing on the tyre and the GT wing. Looks badayass. My Turismo I change the colour quite a lot on though. At first, it was metallic blue with a light blue secondary, then it was red/orange pearlescent with white secondary but now I've gone for black with a purple pearlescent with black custom rims and a chrome secondary, the only chrome I will ever put on one of my cars. It blends nicely with the rest and isn't too ostentatious.

I'm very particular about my colours and ever since playing Saints Row 3, I love purple

4 weeks for a season?  That's a bit quick... ;)

I change mine when I get bored, which for most of them is about now having painted them around Christmas.  However, I've changed a few again almost immediately because they didn't stand out enough in races; black with a pearlescent finish means you're more likely to get crashed into because someone doesn't see you at night, for instance.

I will usually fix a cars color if I begin to find the shade of (insert color here) has grown old. But never to any drastic degree. For example:

2AENbop.jpg

My Exemplar's shade of pink has grown old on me, so I'm going to change it to something lighter soon.

On the other hand, my Turismo R and Issi share the same color combinations of Black and White, so I plan to change one of them to a different color soon, maybe my Turismo since I've seen some badass looking red ones. Or maybe it would look good in Orange and Gold? Ah the potential colors have, eh?

I'd say every once a month I get the urge to change colors on some of my cars.

I'm changing my turismo to red #BecauseFerrari
And my elegy to like a metallic grayish color, and I changed my akuma from blue and classic black to all matte black.

I get bored of my Turimso's colours all the time. I can't seem to find a combination that I like for more than two spins.

I've changed my Entity a few times. It was that nice Bright Purple, switched back and forth from that and Hot Pink, then to Lime Green (stunts are annoying), to Sunrise Orange, and is now at Light Blue.

Never. All my cars are still the same color as I first chose for them. I take a long time to choose one that I think suits the car best.

Never, since I learned the "Matte/Pearlescant" trick.  Matte black and a bright pearl color.... good god, just breathtaking.

My cars all started off Metallic Black with Pearlescent Formula Red, after a while though I decided to switch up some cars and paint a couple blue and one green (all pearlescents, they stayed Metallic Black I just changed the pearlescent). In the end though I got bored of that too and ended up switching all my cars to plain black pearlescent (still with black metallic of course), black just goes with everything and it's the one color I never get sick of so this time it's probably permanent. I have my Banshee and Infernus with Grace Red secondary stripes of course, but all the other cars are completely black.

Seems like a waste of money to me, when I create a car it stays that way. Nostalgia i guess. I like looking at my car and remembering... yah that beast got me out of some tough spots.

1.  Buy a matte color

2.  Select a metallic color, but don't buy.

3.  Back out to plates and buy a new license plate

4.  Return to respray and go to "pearlescent"

5.  You should now be able to add a pearlescent feature to any matte paintjob.
