I wanted to be Stingray for a day. (Sorry for my attitude, I never think about what I say during night time)

Again, why don't you just shut up and stay on topic? You're not funny, you're being a nuisance- please, just stop.
Well i see you are back on the forum, but tbh why ard you so Rude, how is the guy a nuisance? Pls tell me?
Back on the forum? I've been here since June the 25th, sir. ;) I'm only being rude to Ronson because he feels the need to rip others with different opinions, and then he turns around and says he was trying to act like me as if I did the same thing. What an ass.

Alright bro but there is no need to be abusive to anyone.

Seems obvious to me that Ronson was pointing out that this is a debate thread and not a general "which game do you prefer?" thread. That poster said V couldn't be played for hours on end which is obviously not true. He could have stated his preference AND WHY he didn't enjoy V enough to play it for hours on end. That would have been more contributory and in line with what the topic is actually about.
If Ronson was initially irritated and thus sarcastic, it's plain to see why. Interestingly enough, he already DID follow up his response with another post which expounded on his interpretation of that poster's comment. It's obvious he already made the effort to tone it down and explain his perspective. I see no reason to keep harping on him.
OT: V has added some fantastic immersion with its wildlife. Not only do we finally have land mammals but we also have insects - flies and even butterflies. I remember seeing flies around garbage bags in SA but can't recall if IV had this too. At any rate, I feel the mammals and butterflies are a nice touch when roaming the country-side. In this way, V feels more complete to me.

Although this is a debate thread I don't feel everyone should have to go into detail to justify themselves as long as they don't spam obviously. Not everyone is as invested in the debate as much as we are.

OT:

Yes. In GTA IV around garbage bags and such there are flies. You can even see cockroaches along the ground.

@nobum62 No one cares about interiors. That doesn't make a game good

The game play is what counts.

@budfox62 How's GTA IV better than GTA V? Because you can't mod the way want to? It's not on PC? You can't go bowling with roman? The car physics aren't realistic and boaty? You have to actually get stuff done now, instead of f*cking around on freemode?

Yeah GTA V is way better.

@LSPD Did you just say that 4 missions less than 1 minute complete? That's total BS.

GTA IV had 94 missions which were mostly repetitive.

How are 69 missions low?

I agree. No one cares about interiors at all. It's just a figment of the imagination.

There's no debate to discuss. GTA IV is better and anyone who disagrees can kiss my ass.

<<<<<<<<

This. GTA IV had better driving, better characters (more realistic, too), better cars, better everything. Cops weren't fuc*ing terminator! If you disagree, kiss my ass, too.

@StingrayX Gameplay, customization, and cool interaction matters.

Not "realistic" and boaty car physics and damage.

Not crappy interiors.

Not a repetitive storyline.

Not an annoying hang out ability.

If this still needs explaining to you, then you will never be intelligent enough to understand the benefits of interiors in GTA.

@gta3masta5000 You kiss my @$$ too then, because  disagree with you

GTA IV's cars physics were realistic but they weren't better.

Better characters, okay you're right about that.

Define GTA IV being more realistic? Minus GTA IV's ragdoll physics, the realism's equal to GTA V's.

Better cars? Doesn't GTA V have nearly all of GTA IV's cars, and has a whole lot more cars then GTA IV? Besides in GTA V you actually customize your cars instead of going in and out of pay in spay.

Better everything..... That was a joke right?

To me it just seems like you can't handle the cops in GTA V because you suck.

@StingrayX Well it's freedom of speech.

Point taken. With mods it can be a helluva lot better, though.

1) What's wrong with realism? I agree on the car handling, though. GTA V really improved on that, IMO.

I don't really mind the car damage in V. It's better than nothing.

2) Crappy interiors? Interiors make the game world feel like it's filled with life. A breathing, living, city map.

3) Agreed here, but V's story is still relatively short for a game with 3 protagonists. Because of this, character development has suffered. Look at Franklin.

3) Hanging out is in GTA V, but you have to make the call. ;)

There's a lot talked out character development, or perceived lack thereof in V.

I would make a distinction between developed personalities and a developed personal story. V for me does a very good job having three protagonists with very distinct personalities. Michael is a classic ENTJ (look up MBTI if that's unfamiliar), as I would argue most historical protagonists are. Franklin and Trevor are clearly not from that mould. I agree their personal story lines would have benefited from expansion. However many of the best TV shows (Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones spring to mind) have characters with very different and varied personalities, reacting differently to the same circumstances. This is something V's often criticised plot did very well for me.

@Office General I've explored every building GTA IV, and that still didn't make it cool.

Ok take a tip from our good friend CantThinkOfOne - have fun enjoying "explorable exteriors". That's very cool to, I promise you.

I had tons of fun just walking around buildings that looked so nice, admiring the architecture. One time I walked around a nightclub that I could not enter, like 50 times - it was amazing. Interiors are sh*t, it's all about explorable exteriors.

The sounds were a lot more satisfying as well if you ask me. I loved being blown away by a nearby grenade or car and hearing Niko's ears ring.

Also, the way the explosions spread from one vehicle to another in V looks silly.
