CPU: Intel i5 3317u 1.7ghz (Turbo Boost to 2.7ghz)

GPU:Radeon HD 7670M 1GB GDDR5

RAM: 4GB RAM

OS: Windows 8

So yea just wanna know if i can atleast run GTA IV on high (not into all that ultra shiz) with mods like car mods and texture mods maybe a little bit of ENB but still maintain good frame rate and yes i do know that GTA IV is badly optimized.

Thanks for the answer, didn't really understand what you meant by "tweak" though.

Like i said i'm not looking to run it on ULTRA, high is practically enough i don't want to melt the crap out of the laptop.

You could probably run it on medium settings, I'd give it a shot.
