I have had this thread (https://support.rock...equests/2038196) up since the patch of 1.10 and still no response so please dont say submit a ticket because they dont give a rats behind about my ticket apparently.

Its been almost a month and id like my rank back

Is there any alternative way to get a hold of rockstar support so they can fix my rank?

tell them you work for a reviewer and your writing an article about after sales support offered by games developers...

I have now emailed them and submitted a new ticket still no response overnight guess ill have to wait

Expecting a response overnight is askig a bit too much.  Do you have any idea how many support tickets are submitted on a daily basis?

expect at least 5 days, then expect it to be an auto reply based on keywords, then expect to reply again asking them to actually do something, then expect another 5 days... then expect possibly another auto reply based on keywords...

I was looking at similar support threads that got replies same day. I wasnt expecting them to reply just hoping for the best

Yup ive lost all hope, been a month since my first ticket still no reply IM DONE
