I'm making weather mod. Car and street ligths starts at 19-21 p.m. by default. I want to make them start at ~16 p.m.

​I can't find anything about it in main.scm. I need opcode or example of code.

I'm sure this is not related to main.scm. Is is either hardcoded very deeply in the game code or related to weather settings (as rainy weather forces car lights to be turned on).

It's probably controlled in 0x541590; CEntity::ProcessLightsForEntity(void)
But i'm not sure at all.

Nope, that func processes 2dfx lights.
