Remember those modders from GTA IV?

The ones that gave you free cars and awesome motorcycle/car parks?

The ones that sent you to jail if you were an asshole?

Well, they're back...

No no, you got that wrong. It's a feature. Just like any other glit..err.. feature out there. Why else do you think it's so easy a lot of times?

This isn't a modder this is someone with a lag switch taking advantage of the content creator glitch.

You don't need a lag switch.

Rockstar Obviously! You may be knowing this but I have heard that someone from rockstar sells those dns codes to hackers and modders and you wont believe it but anyone is ready to get their hands on those codes and they pay a lot! Well eventually it gets patched later.

I know this is true... because I know one of the first people to find out about dns. He was a level 200 something in the first week.... and I know exactly where it came from. The source.

I got f*cked up by a glitcher yesterday playing, I had a bounty on me so decided to cruise round in my tank (not griefing)

The only person I shot was a bounty.. and yet the glitchers decided to keep putting walls up infront of me wherever I went, ended up switching sessions.

So, an employee who`s paycheck depends on the welfare of a product... starts sabotaging said product. Cool logic.

Oh, forgot... aliens are among us and Illuminati are taking over your house.

Is it really that hard to believe? that the guys who make the game know all the ways around it? all they would have to do is make a GT and boom, this is how BETA's are leaked.... or glitches are started. How would anyone find out if you were smart enough to cover your tracks? information leaks, and it starts from the source. OPSEC.

and no.. just no to the rest of the conspiracy crap. mmm... aliens, maybe...

Modders: they are Queer

GTA-V-Shark.gif

This is actually really cool.. they should really implement this as a feature into friend/invite only sessions.

There is a simpler explanation - sloppy coding and poor testing / Q&A - which leads to people discovering vulnerabilities they then exploit.

So, we have incompetence + lack of testing vs employee risking his job in a harsh economical climate to sabotage the product that`s feeding his family.

Have you heard of Occam`s Razor, sir?

disgruntled programmers are a real thing. one guy even snuck in a hidden code about how stupid his boss was and everyone at nintendo? was an idoit. i wish i could remember the name of the game. plenty of other stories about what programmers do when they feel slighted.

you are over thinking it. It's really both of those I am sure, only you are acting like the person I am describing would openly and stupidly expose themselves, all just for a quick glitch? lol... no.

but if what you say is true, then there was never a giant golden dick on "the little mermaid" cover.
