Grand Theft Auto VC cannot find enough available video memory

i am tring to play gta vice city game in my pc, when i start the game error occur that is (cannot find enough available video memory)
pls send me solution of this error

 

and please don't tell me for buy new graphics card I ain't give more money to play this game

That looks as if it is shared video memory-- how much is allocated to video??

For your problem-- Check #25 (first post #25)

 

Also--

 

Does your machine support 640 x 480 pixel display (Vice City's native resolution).

 

If not-- check out #31 in the pinned buglist with solutions--- (first post #31)

 

In it you will find 2 settings files-- try one or the other and see if the game will start with them on your machine-- the settings file should be placed in the Vice City User Files folder.
